Pre-Orders are already up for Crystal Dynamics’s Avengers game, and we just got a look at something called the Earth’s Mightiest Edition.

This Earth’s Mightiest Edition not only comes with the deluxe version of Marvel's Avengers, but it will also feature specific memorabilia alluding to each member. Each piece from the package is attributed to a playable Avenger in the game. You have Black Widow’s belt buckle, a Mjolnir keychain, a Hulk bobblehead, blueprints for Iron Man’s prototype armor, a printed photo of Kamala with the Avengers, and probably the most valuable piece, a colored statue of the Captain America monument in the game.

As for items not related to specific heroes, you get an Avengers steelbook as well as an ‘Honorary Avengers Pin’. Plus you get access to the game 72 hours before the official launch.

Pre-ordering this edition will cost you a whopping $199.99, but it’s probably fair, considering that the statue of Captain America alone is probably worth close to $150. If you’re up for it, you can pre-order it here.

Marvel’s Avengers is an epic, third-person, action-adventure game that combines an original, cinematic story with single-player and co-operative gameplay*. Assemble into a team of up to four players online, master extraordinary abilities, customize a growing roster of Heroes, and defend the Earth from escalating threats.

Marvel’s Avengers becomes available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on Sept. 4

The spread of the Coronavirus has already lead to a lot of shortages and cancelled events. Besides gaming tournaments getting postponed in China, news suggests that there could be a shortage when it comes to the production of the Nintendo Switch this year.

According to Bloomberg, Nintendo may not be able to meet consumer demands when it comes to the Switch seeing that a lot of key components are produced in China, and there is now a shortage of supplies; delaying the assembly partner which is located in Vietnam.

A spokesperson from Nintendo told the site:

"We do not see any major impact on the shipment to the U.S. currently, but we will remain vigilant and take steps if necessary. It’s possible the supply would be affected by the virus if it becomes more widespread and prolonged."

The assessment isn’t really solid yet, but it’s very likely that something could change down the line. Some think that this could make an impact to the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons this coming March 20. The special edition bundle for the game included an Animal Crossing theme for the Switch, and it’s also said to have been delayed because of the outbreak.

For now, all we can really do is wait and see what happens. There are still probably some Switches available for purchase now, but maybe we could see some change in the market come April. Time will tell.

Besides gaming tournaments getting postponed in China, news suggests that there could be a shortage when it comes to the production of the Nintendo Switch this year.

Coronavirus Outbreak Could Lead to Shortage of Nintendo Switch Production

While Knight is considered to be the weakest entry of the three, the other two are still solid games with a great story and fantastic gameplay. I mean, Knight was able to give us a great new element with the Batmobile, but at some point, you stop becoming Batman and just become a tank for a good chunk of the game.

Either way, it’s a solid deal, and very much worth your time if you haven’t tried the games out already. Though we don’t know when Rocksteady plans to release their next game, a lot of fans are waiting on WB Montreal for their next Batman title which will apparently feature the Court of Owls.

Mixing Mystery Dungeon’s roguelike elements with Pokemon’s charm, Rescue Team DX allows you to forge your own personality and experience the magic of becoming an actual Pokemon again.

Featuring two games in one, relive each Langrisser title with an improved presentation. Just like any other remake, the story remains unchanged. In these two different titles, you still end up taking a quest to stop the forces of evil from threatening the fate of your world.

Fans of the classic titles will enjoy this revitalized version, especially with its reorchestrated music and some helpful quality of life improvements. Coming this March 10 for the Nintendo Switch, PC, and PS4.

3. Ori & The Will Of The Wisps on PC and Xbox One

After suffering from a minor delay, The Will Of The Wisps’ release date was pushed back by just one month to polish what needs to be polished. The next adventure of Moon Studios' adorable forest guardian takes us to even greater places beyond the first game’s magical forest.

In this sequel, combat is more refined, especially with Ori’s now nimble movements. In addition to that, its heavy Metroidvania elements will receive its much-needed improvement for a satisfying platformer journey with enough replay value. It comes out this March 11th as a Microsoft exclusive.

4. NiOh 2

A sequel to Team Ninja’s fictional Samurai game. Nioh 2 is going to be a prequel with a standalone story. Play a customized character that’s part human, part yokai and venture around the new Dark Realms with great Japanese warlords like Hideyoshi. It’s not Sekiro, nor Tenchu, but its action-oriented combat gives more room for some stylish sword to sword action.

It’s still essentially a single-player experience. However, the improved multiplayer which allows up to three players will definitely make the Yokai battles that much easier. A PlayStation 4 Exclusive, it’s set to release this May 13, 2020.

5. My Hero One’s Justice 2 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch

One of this generation’s hit anime, it didn't take long for My Hero Academia to get on the Fighting Game scene.

Competing with the likes of Dragonball FighterZ for the top spot in anime-based fighting games, One's Justice lets you take on the shoes of Deku, Bakugo, and so much more.

It retains the anime’s quirky humor and charm as you weave through its story mode. With 40 playable characters to choose from, form your teams three favorites, and get supercharged on smooth animations and fast-paced battles. It’s set to release this 13 of March for the PC, PlayStation 4, X1, and the Switch.

6. MLB: The Show 20

Sony’s beloved Baseball franchise returns this year with more surprises in store for the major fans. Its previous title gave us a new gold standard in the baseball genre so it's intriguing to see how they top it this year.

In this follow-up, forge your own baseball legacy in America’s favorite pastime. MLB The Show 20 features Javier Baez on its cover and will aim to improve the baseball experience with new customizations and enhanced core gameplay. It’s set to release this March 17 as a PlayStation 4 exclusive.

7. Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Competing with Doom’s anticipated sequel, this follow-up to the iconic and charming life simulator brings more than just the simple farm life. New Horizons welcomes a host of changes to the neighborhood.

In this fresh new life away from the urban woes, craft your very own island experience by setting up camp, collecting scraps from the environment, and colonizing the land for Tom Nook's future clients.
8. Doom Eternal on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and Switch

Two of the most anticipated games of this year go toe to toe with each other as they come out on the same day. Doom Eternal is the next adventure of video game's finest Demon hunter.

Doomguy returns and he’s armed to the teeth. Moving from point A to point B now feels more fleshed out with a handful of movement upgrades. It’s basically just a walk in the park for Doomguy and every Demon’s worst nightmare. Coming this 20th of March for the PC, PS4, X1, and the Nintendo Switch.

9. Fairy Tail on PC, PS4, and Switch

It’s no surprise that Shonen titles get a videogame reimagining for modern consoles. Gust and Koei Tecmo’s latest project centers around anime’s most popular mages. Natsu and his guild of powerful magic users enter gaming territory.

Unlike their other anime buddies getting a fighting game treatment, Fairy Tail is a full-fledged RPG and it is based on the anime and manga’s world. Building up your Guild’s reputation is the main goal and its turn-based 3 versus 3 combat is reminiscent of the JRPGs of old.

It’s coming out this March 20 for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Switch.

10. Bleeding Edge on PC and Xbox One

Ninja Theory’s fresh new IP brings back the online brawler craze with some snazzy upgrades and an energetic cast of characters. Bleeding Edge pits you and your team against mechanically enhanced beings with the sole power of causing enough chaos.

Synergy is key. Team up with your teammates and become an unstoppable force on the battlefield. Join this cybernetic clash and go toe to toe with other players from around the world. Coming this 24th of March for the PC and X1.

11. Moons Of Madness on PS4 and Xbox One

There’s not a lot of Lovecraftian games coming out recently. This outer space adventure from Rock Pocket dares you to conquer your demons as the astronaut Shane Newart trapped in the isolated Red Planet.

As a Lovecraftian title, madness is your number one enemy. Extraterrestrial threats are the least of your worries. Fight through the hallucinations and solve the supernatural phenomena in the derelict space station. Sanity is your best friend here. It already came out for the PC months ago and it’s headed to consoles this March 24 for the PS4 and X1.

12. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch

One of the longest-running manga in history returns in their next Musou title.

Similar to other previous Pirate Warriors, control numerous One Piece characters including Luffy, Zorro, and more as they repel a massive horde of enemies in a satisfying hack and slash combat. The entirety of the game covers notable arcs from the One Piece anime instead of telling an original story.

Ready your voyage as it comes out this March 27 for the PC, PlayStation 4, X1, and of course, the Switch.

13. Persona 5 Royal

Dubbed as the ‘definitive’ Persona 5’ experience, relive the pivotal moments of the Phantom Thieves with a ton of new features in store including a new party member named Kasumi.

It’s basically a more polished version of the vanilla Persona 5 which was supposed to be a PS3 only title. Royal not only features new cutscenes and palaces, but it also comes with a snazzy new soundtrack that will definitely spice up our JRPG adventure.

Hearts will be stolen this March 31st only for the PlayStation 4.

14. Half Life Alyx

Also coming this March is Valve’s follow-up to their award-winning science fiction shooter. Veering away from their usual first-person shooters, Alyx is a Virtual Reality game. It serves as a prequel that covers what happened before Half-Life 2 Episode Two.

Meet new and familiar faces in this sci-fi spectacle. This is Valve’s most ambitious work to date. As a VR entry, things might be risky due to its demanding technology, but given Valve’s track record, this whole new story might be something huge for the future of VR.

Coming sometime this March 2020 as a PC Exclusive.

15. Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

After years of speculation and rumors, TaleWorlds Interactive calls the banners once more in this elusive sequel. Bannerlord’s Calradia is beautiful as ever and it comes with a handful of visual upgrades such as its enhanced physics and improved UI.

Not only that, Mount and Blade II also comes with four planned multiplayer modes, giving you hours and hours of medieval combat. It’s finally coming out sometime this March 2020.

Showcasing 15 of our most anticipated PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch video games coming soon this March 2020.

15 Upcoming Games for March 2020 (PS4, PC, Switch, Xbox)

In the age of subscription-based media, Microsoft enters the market with their very own subscription service. Enjoy multiple selections of popular titles for your PC... all for the price of one.

25. The Red Strings Club

An exercise in morality in a twisted Cyberpunk society. The Red Strings Club is a point and clicks adventure where you play as a Bartender tending to sophisticated and ‘odd’ customers. Experiment with various cocktails to learn more about their personality and uncover the deeper mysteries of its world.

Although short, what makes this indie title memorable is its take on relevant social issues despite happening in the far future. Making tough decisions and questioning the meaning of life is The Red Strings Club’s lasting appeal.

It receives a playscore of 8.46

24. The Last Door: Season 2 - Collector’s Edition

The second installment of The Game Kitchen’s Lovecraftian point and click adventure. Season 2 not only opened new doors to its seemingly terrifying world, but it also introduced a whole breed of madness worthy of Lovecraft and Allan Poe’s influence.

This Collector’s Edition features four full episodes with extra content for players willing to learn more about its mythos. But of course, if you want to get a dose of this indie title, it’s advisable you play the first Season prior. Sadly it’s not available on the Game Pass.

It receives a playscore of 8.47

23. Yoku’s Island Express

Villa Gorilla's action platformer is a union of unlikely genres. Set in a sprawling 2D open world, Yoku takes you on a Metroidvania tour of ancient caverns in--get this--pinball fashion.

Bouncing players around from one end to the next, it's a unique adventure experience that, for some reviewers, definitely enhances the genre's usual meandering pace. On top of its charming visuals and overall presentation, it also offers engaging puzzles, with each area always ripe with secrets to scour for.

It has a playscore of 8.51

22. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice

Before we get our hands on Senua’s next adventure, we go back to the roots of her mental health issues with this award-winning origin story. Senua’s Sacrifice mixes emotional storytelling with intense hack and slashes action.

It’s a journey deep into Celtic Hell. Ninja Theory takes you to a mad world filled with a deafening silence. Guide Senua and watch as to how her damaged psyche preys on her vulnerable state.

A playscore of 8.57

21. Samorost 3

Amanita Design’s otherworldly exploration game puts you into the tiny shoes of a curious space gnome in search for answers. It’s not the kind of indie game that wows you with its addicting combat, what makes Samorost engaging is its impressive visuals.

Travel across the cosmos with your Magical Flute and visit nine unique alien worlds to discover. Each has its own set of surprises accompanied by an entrancing sound and music design. It’s the kind of game you should play on a lonely weekend and feel every minute of its atmosphere.

It has a playscore of 8.60

20. Infinifactory

We’ve seen enough of 3D-based sandbox games lately, but this 2015 gem was something special in the realm of puzzles. If you love SpaceChem, then this is its ‘somewhat’ 3D makeover.

To appease your alien overlords, build working factories that can assemble products. It sounds easy on paper, but its ‘almost’ realistic technical and engineering mechanics can really push your brain to its limits.

A playscore of 8.60

19. Frostpunk

Winter has arrived in this chilling city-building survival game from 11 Bit Studios.

The world is engulfed by ice and it’s up to the player to save humanity from the biting frost. Manage your remaining survivors and befriend ‘heat’ to your advantage. Use a variety of Steam-based machines to keep your civilization warm and make it through the day.

Make difficult choices that keep your humans well-fed and composed. Assign Laws that might boost or break your people’s morale, but it’s all for the greater good. It’s another fascinating entry from 11 Bit and as part of the Xbox Game Pass, this one is a steal.

It has a playscore of 8.62

18. APE OUT

Devolver is back with more ridiculous titles for the PC. This intense, wild, and colorful smash ‘em up from Gabe Cuzzillo is all about an ape trying to make his way out of his miserable confinement.

Go full ape mode as you toss prison guards and your captors to their doom. It’s putting primal power on a whole new perspective. It even includes a dynamic soundtrack to help you groove out as you go on a brutal rampage in its procedurally generated levels.

It has a playscore of 8.65

17. Gears Of War 4

Its latest entry may not be the best of the Gears series, but before that, there were the legendary Gears of War 4. Considered as the king of cover shooters, this fourth title goes back to its roots.

Marcus Fenix makes a return to the fray 25 years after the events of the original trilogy. Now aged and wise, he takes the role of mentor to his son as they fight against a new threat. There’s more destruction as you face off against unknown creatures with the usual squad JD, Kait, and Del. Relive the amazing moments once more.

It has a playscore of 8.67

16. Ori And The Blind Forest Definitive Edition

Of course, who couldn’t forget about Microsoft’s beloved forest spirit?

Take control of the adorable guardian Tree Spirit, Ori, as he carries out his duty to save the magical forest from the growing darkness. With one of gaming’s most fluid platforming controls, his journey around the ethereal foliage is one that reminds us of the joys of classic Metroidvania.

Backed with carefully crafted visuals and symphonic soundtracks, Moon Studios' Ori and the Blind Forest is a worthy entry to the Xbox Game Pass’ long list of great titles.

A playscore of 8.68

15. Valkyria Chronicles

There’s not a lot of JRPGS that offer a refreshing realism. What this 2008 PlayStation 3 classic depicts the thrills and tragedies of war in JRPG fashion.

Put your tactical wits to the test with the game's unique Blitz Combat System where you move your characters in the battlefield real-time but with a turn-based twist. But, while the action of its hybrid gameplay is already a strong selling point, Valkyria Chronicles really drives it home with a gripping narrative told in their gorgeous art style.

It has a playscore of 8.71

We may not be getting Crystal Dynamics’ Marvel's Avengers this May, but it looks like things are going smoothly for the new launch this September. Just in, we have a new trailer which marks the launching of pre-orders for one of the year’s most highly-anticipated games.

Here’s the official description:

Marvel’s Avengers is an epic, third-person, action-adventure game that combines an original, cinematic story with single-player and co-operative gameplay. Assemble into a team of up to four players online, master extraordinary abilities, customize a growing roster of Heroes, and defend the Earth from escalating threats.

Like with every other pre-order deal, you’ll be able to get some goods like the Marvel Legacy Outfit Pack, early access, and a lot of other exclusive material. While Beta access looks to be available for every other platform, it’s said that it will come earliest for PlayStation subscribers.

With the success of Spider-Man for the PS4, everyone is wondering what Square Enix has planned for Avengers. After all, franchise is the biggest one in the box office today, so you can expect the same kind of hype is attached when it comes to video games. While I’m not too thrilled that it’s not based on the film’s lore, I’m sure that this opens up the story to have some real impact to players.

Catch Marvel’s Avengers when it becomes available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on Sept. 4.

One of the most hotly anticipated games for the year is The Last of Us Part II, and after the free release of The Last of Us Remastered on PS Plus, Naughty Dog has a new freebie for fans waiting for the sequel.

Just in, a new theme featuring Ellie is now available for the PlayStation 4. What’s cool is, it’s also a dynamic theme, meaning it changes depending on the time of day. During the day, it features Ellie peacefully playing her guitar in the woods; after 5 p.m. the wallpaper changes to Ellie in the dark, holding a machete and hiding from other human survivors.

If you want the dynamic theme and you’re located in America, you’ll need the code 4FMP-BBNM-J5L3 for the PlayStation Store. If you’re located in Europe/AU/NZ/Russia/Middle East/Africa/India, you’ll need to input this code: 9DEK-PKNG-N445. As for players in Japan or Asia, you can check out your country’s official PlayStation Social channel.

You can also download the two themes as high-resolution wallpapers here.

It’s been a long wait for The Last of Us, but everyone is excited to come back to this world with Ellie. We don’t know what happened with Joel yet, but hopefully the game has all the answers we need.

Five years after their dangerous journey across the post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled down in Jackson, Wyoming. Living amongst a thriving community of survivors has allowed them peace and stability, despite the constant threat of the infected and other, more desperate survivors. When a violent event disrupts that peace, Ellie embarks on a relentless journey to carry out justice and find closure. As she hunts those responsible, one by one, she is confronted with the devastating physical and emotional repercussions of her actions.

The Last of Us Part II may be months away, but PlayStation has a way to get players feel hyped before the release

PS4 Gets This New Dynamic Theme Based on The Last of Us Part II

We chat with Simon Joslin, the Executive Producer and Level Designer behind the The Gardens Between to tell us more about the development and inspiration behind this beautiful game.

How The Gardens Between Was Inspired by The Minority Report

Back in 2017, Ubisoft Massive had announced that they would be working on a game based on James Cameron’s Avatar, but ever since the announcement, we haven’t gotten any specific updates. What’s news is, the game is still in the works, but everything is still being kept under wraps.

As per ScreenRant, Ubisoft Massive producer Jesper Karabanov has confirmed that the Avatar game is still in the works. During a promotion for The Division 2: Warlords of New York in San Francisco, Karabanov simply had this to say when asked if Avatar was still in development: "Yes, but I can't speak about it. I can't talk about it."

Seeing that Warlords of New York was a lot to work on for the developers, it would be understandable that they would put a movie-based game on hold. Besides, Cameron is set to release the first of his Avatar sequels next year; so it would be ideal that Ubisoft would release the game around that time—so they can catch on all the hype that will be surrounding the film.

With Avatar 2 set to come out on Dec. 16, 2021, it’s possible that this game from Massive is going to release on the same month, or possibly even earlier. I mean, if it’s been in development since 2017, it has to be big, right?

No official release date has been set for Ubisoft Massive’s Avatar game, but you can catch The Division 2: Warlords of New York coming out this March 3 for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
