Smith and Winston, an indie action shooter developed and published by Execution Unit, is coming out of Early Access on August 27th, 2019.

Smith and Winston is a comedic twin-stick shooter that shows off its fully-destructible voxel environment that's ripe for exploration and rife with action-packed combat. Here's the synopsis:

"When a strange signal is detected in deep space the Federation orders Smith and Winston to go and investigate. What they find, after a brief nap, is a shattered ring world, aliens and an evil overlord called the VOID."

It's only been in Early Access since January of this year but it has since received 7 positive reviews out of 9 total. Though it's not much, it's testament enough of the action shooting fun that the game offers.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, the fifth entry in City Interactive's tactical shooting series, has been stamped with an official global release date for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 22, 2019. This release date announcement came hand in hand with a new trailer that juxtaposes verses from the Hebrew bible with shots of eliminated targets. The irony may have been intended, but you can check it out for yourself here:

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts hopes to offer a step to their sniping experience with more realism in terms of sniping, stealth, and tactics. It brands itself as a return to form with a new region and a whole arsenal of new tools to use in their various missions. These include a Dynamic Reticle system, pilotable Scout Drones, integrated binoculars, special bullets, and an Augment Reality mask.

Hopefully for the series this will be an actual return to form. Their previous title, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, was released on the PC and consoles in 2017 and received its highest PlayScore of 6.65 on the PlayStation 4. Far away from the top spots of the Best PS4 Games list.

Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break might be the series' biggest title yet as it expands gameplay to near-infinite destruction with a level editor that allows you to customize your own stages. Let your imaginations run wild as you stretch and add your way to your very own obstacle course.

But, your new stages won't just be for you. You can also share these creations with the world and go head to head in an online multiplayer mode that supports up to four players.

Part tower-defense, part arcade game, the competition lies in hurling massive boulders against each other’s castles while scrambling to create defenses for your own.

An upcoming title set to release on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Switch early 2020, Rock of Ages 3 will continue the legacy of their previous entries with yet another boulder rampage through history told in Terry Gilliam-like sequences. This new game's story mode promises some run ups with icons like Caesar, Moctezuma, and even the less corporeal entities of Krampus and the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break is also mixing it up content-wise with a whole new range of over 20 selectable stones across their six different game modes.
