Eastasiasoft Limited and Idea Factory has announced the upcoming release of Hakuoki: Chronicles of Wind and Blossom, a collected re-release of two beloved visual novels, Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms and Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds. It will launch late 2024.
Hakuoki: Chronicles of Wind and Blossom is an otome game that lets you play as a heroine during the feudal era of Japan. Let love blossom amid the wartime by choosing from the handsome Shinsengumi warriors.
Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms and Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds previously released on both PC and Vita. While the reception was mostly positive, some players' experiences were marred by poor localization. Based on this feedback, the Switch release will come with revisions to the original text.
Physical editions will be available for pre-order on Playasia at 10:00am ET / 7:00am PT / 3:00pm UK on Thursday, January 11 .
