- LEGO Brawls sounds fun on paper, and it is actually quite amusing to collect more and more mini-figs, but the actual gameplay is very much a letdown.

From the terrible core gameplay to the incredibly grindy unlock system, there are very few redeeming qualities to this package.

Usaid · Sep 08, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Lego Brawls' battles are very simply a case of hammering buttons and hoping for the best when it comes down to it and none of this is helped by the fact that there's constant stuttering in online play at launch and it can be very hard to keep an eye on where your character is due to how far out the camera likes to zoom during the chaos. Not a great mix.

When you consider the way that it is presented and looks, both in the menus when customising, and in motion with LEGO characters battering seven shades of plastic out of each other, you’d pretty much be prepared to forgive it anything.

No profundiza, no hay más, salvo elementos temáticos y visuales a desbloquear a mansalva. Es una pena que no hayan aprovechado el salto de móviles a consolas para hacer lo mismo que otros títulos LEGO hicieron, como el olvidado LEGO Rock Band. LEGO Brawls tiene la base perfecta para ser un divertido clon de Smash Bros con su propia personalidad visual, pero se han quedado en eso, en los cimientos.

Il titolo eredita infatti i limiti di una produzione nata su Apple Arcade e trasferita poi su PC e console. Tuttavia, grazie all'immediatezza delle partite e alla semplicità delle meccaniche di gameplay, potrebbe riuscire a regalare un po' spensierato divertimento almeno ai fan degli iconici mattoncini ma, sia chiaro, non per lungo tempo.
