Two new looks at Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood have been released by Nacon and Cyanide Studio. With the game set to come out this February, these new videos titled Welcome to the Pack and The Essence of Rage take an inside look at the story of Werewolf and the passion that the developers had put behind this expansion to the World of Darkness.

Just in case you didn’t know, Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is actually based on the tabletop game called Werewolf: Apocalypse; which is itself an expansion on the World of Darkness series. Though the game is set to come out in February, there’s a lot of WoD material that fans can sink their teeth into to get a better feel of the world.

Going back to the actual game though, it does look like it borrows a lot of elements from the Batman Arkham Asylum series , what with the main character Cahal sneaking into facilities and taking down thugs depending on the player’s choice of approach. The only difference is that Cahal can morph into three different creatures, with each one providing a certain advantage; human Cahal can interact with the environment and socialize with people, wolf Cahal can move faster and sneak around more effectively, and werewolf Cahal is an unstoppable juggernaut of a creature.
