Skull Island: Rise of Kong, where players become the vengeful King of the Apes, has gotten a release date.GameMill Entertainment and IguanaBee Studios announced that the upcoming action-adventure game will swing into PC and consoles on October 17.
Skull Island: Rise of Kong is based on the series of novels by Joe Devito and inspired by King Kong by Merian C. Cooper. The game can be played on PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S and One, and Nintendo Switch.
In Skull Island: Rise of Kong, players take control of Kong, the 30-foot gorilla who rules over the mysterious Skull Island. The main story involved Kong on a quest to avenge his parents' deaths at the hands of Gaw, the ultimate alpha predator and Kong's nemesis.
