The beloved indie tower defense game Luna & Monsters now has a mobile version. Luna's Tail Creative LLC announced they had released Luna & Monsters for Android and iOS devices. This news came months after they released the 2D fantasy-strategy title on PC via Steam.
To attract more players, the developers held a one-day sale. Aside from porting Luna & Monsters to mobile devices, Luna's Tail Creative also confirmed that they have rolled out Achievements and Training features for PC players. The developers said these were among the most requested additions for the mobile game.
One hundred Steam achievements are now supported. There are 138 unique achievements in the game. You will receive coins for unlocking these achievements,
they added. The coins, in turn, will allow players to enhance spells.
Luna & Monsters is a 2D tower-defense game. Players take control of the titular, traveling black cat Luna. Its story arc involves Luna's quest to find the hero who helped her defeat the Demon King. As Luna, players need to build defense towers to protect the communities they visit along the way.
The game has three difficulty levels and 11 bosses to fight. Each boss has unique background music, Luna's Trail Creative said.
Eleven giant bosses can be summoned as friends by defeating them, and they support you with their unique magic,
they added.
Luna & Monsters is the first gaming project of Luna's Trail Creative. Development for the tower defense game began in 2021. A year later, developers rolled out a limited-time demo. In December 2022, Luna & Monsters debuted its full version.
