Besides Among Us, Devolver Digital’s Fall Guys has come out to be one of the surprise hits of the year. Season 2 is still currently ongoing, and the devs have teased a mid-season update which should add more chaos to the game.

The Season 2.5 update comes with a fiendishly fresh creation to get players jostling for qualification. Inspired by the chaos of ‘See Saw’, ‘Big Fans’ challenges players with navigating rotating blades in a sky-high festival of precision tumbling!

With some rounds ending up too repetitive, the devs are promising that this new update is going to be able to mix up the stages a bit more. As you can see, they’ve also added some new elements to classic maps to make them more exciting. I don’t know about you, but Perfect Slime gets kind of boring when almost everyone makes it to the end.

The way trends go, you would think that Fall Guys would have only until the end of the year to live, but the devs are sure to keep things alive with these constant updates and oh-so-cute cosmetics. After Sonic the Hedgehog and Godzilla, the game is actually going to give players a goose skin based on Untitled Goose Game. I wonder what the devs are going to come up with next.
