While holiday sales can always be expected with digital stores, Epic Games has decided to up the ante for the second half of December. Starting on Dec. 17, Epic will be giving subscribers 15 days of free games.

As announced on the epicgames.com:

Starting December 17, we’ll be giving away a new game each day for two weeks straight - that’s right, it’s 15 Days of Free Games! Each game will be free to claim for just 24 hours, but they’re yours to keep forever.

While we don’t have a full roster of the games that will go on sale yet, a lot of people have been guessing what kind of titles will come out. A lot of people are hoping for some big titles like Horizon Zero Dawn or Borderlands 3, but I speculate we’re going to at least get 3 AAA titles available for free, and they would have to be 2-3 year-old games. Then again, that’s just speculation on my part.

Epic also urges players to keep their Wishlists updated, so you get a notification if ever the game you want will be available for any discounts.

And speaking of discounts, Epic is also offering some very huge deals up to 75% off. So you should check out the store for any sweet deals available.

Since the Free Games promo just started, the first game on the roster is Cities: Skylines. Fingers crossed we have some other great titles down the line.

Happy Holidays!
