Gamera Interactive is set to release Alaloth – Champions of the Four Kingdoms in 2021, and while players are stuck waiting for this isometric souls-like title, Gamera has announced a partnership with Edizioni BD for a tie-in comic called Alaloth – The Tempest.

Alaloth – The Tempest will allow readers to delve into The Four Kingdoms before the arrival of Alaloth, the betrayer, in a new fantasy saga telling the story of young girl, Asha, leaving her home to save her family, who finds herself involved in the war for The Fifth Kingdom. With the help of a few fierce warriors of other races, Asha will fight to prevent the release of an ancient evil.

We don’t have a look at any cover art or panels yet, but we should expect The Tempest to come out before the release of the game to get everyone hyped for Champions of the Four Kingdoms.

While Champions of the Four Kingdoms has already been announced for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch, there has been no mention that the game will be coming to next-gen consoles like the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S.

Then again, with the promise of backwards compatibility for the current gen for both consoles, it’s likely A-COTFK will be coming to the next-gen as well.

No specific release dates have been announced for both Champions of the Four Kingdoms and The Tempest, but expect both the game and the comic to be available sometime in 2021.
