  This is the biggest, prettiest Worms, yet. Strategy fans will find one of the most fun multiplayer games around, and there is plenty to do on your own, as well. Few games offer the chance to wield a weapon called the Buffalo of Lies -- don't miss yours.

  Multiplayer is firmly where it's at though, and aside from a few mid-game syncing issues, a ridiculously oversized UI and some issues finding public games in the server browser that will hopefully be patched this side of soon (check the official forums for updates), Worms remains as great as ever. It's a simple, beautiful game, and while you may wince at paying for it yet again , Reloaded is a great version that will have fans and new players alike falling back under the spell of the spineless ones.

  Worms Reloaded won’t bowl anyone over for its technical accomplishment, but its simple 2-D graphics are charming, and they’re CPU-friendly enough that most modern computers can handle them. The sound, meanwhile, is terrific, from the countless ways the worms have of speaking to the music and sound effects.

  Hot seat multiplayer is still available, but Steam ensures hassle-free, online multiplayer, which is by far the most satisfying mode. Winning against a CPU is one thing, but nothing is more satisfying than crushing a real player online. Playing online is also a great way to learn different tactics. Playing Worms Reloaded made me feel like I just opened a time capsule from 10 years ago. It shows that even such a simple game of worm warfare, can stand the test of time, and still be as entertaining as it once was.

  The whole game itself is probably the best version I have played on a PC for a long time and I hope that Team 17 keep updating the game with new features to keep the community going. For years I have wanted a good solid Worms game back on the PC and it feels like my prayers have been answered.

  It’s rare that a videogame can remain just as relevant today as it did at the turn of the decade, but precisely because of the stylised graphics, simplistic physics and endless customisation options, Worms remains evergreen to this day. With a relatively low price, it’s a nostalgic celebration you really shouldn’t pass up.

  All too often your “6-kill” bazooka shot became a tale met with a wearily knowing expression. No more! Proper stats collection is evident with the inclusion of Steam achievements, which add an extra dimension to the in-game ranking system, and your own sense of pride. While it’s essentially nothing new, this is truly the definitive Worms experience for this generation, or those gone by for that matter.

  Estamos delante de un divertidisimo título multijugador, que explota una fórmula que tanto éxito le ha dado a Team 17, esta vez más refinada que nunca. Los que hayan disfrutado de Worms 2: Armageddon en 360 quizá no van a encontrar novedades destacables que justifiquen su adquisición. Juega en su contra la desequilibrada Inteligencia Artificial, con ataques sublimes algunas veces, y otros dignos del más novato en la saga, que si bien no desmerecen en demasía los modos de juego en solitario sí empañan un poco el resultado final.

  Con un precio ciertamente bajo, 14,99 euros, Worms Reloaded oferta infinidad de alternativas jugables con el clásico sello de estrategia de la saga. La diversión permanece intacta, y a pesar de que el juego tiene menos novedades de las que esperábamos lo cierto es que conserva todas sus innegables virtudes.

  Nonostante la struttura di fondo resti quella di sempre, immutata e imperitura, frutto di un sapiente gioco di equilibri costruito nel tempo, è davvero difficile riuscire a resistere al fascino di un armamentario improponibile o al sapore dell'insulto facile, fattori che solo la serie di Worms è in grado di regalare con impressionante costanza. È giunto il momento della guerra, è giunto il momento di lanciare mucche esplosive!
