Critic Reviews
- Reverse: 1999’s story, voice acting and art will have players wanting to try it, but its lack of content prevents it from being perfect.
MICHAEL LICON · Nov 16, 2023 Reviewed on AndRead full review - While Reverse: 1999 suffers from wonky dialog and sprawling plot points from time to time, the game’s robust turn-based mechanics, compelling cast of characters, superbly stylish design and free-to-play accessibility will hook longtime RPG and strategy game enthusiasts alike.
WESLEY BRAY · Nov 14, 2023 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Reverse: 1999 emerges as an experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional mobile gaming. Its enchanting narrative, masterful design, and audio excellence converge to offer players an adventure that resonates on multiple levels.
Vince Zyle Cunanan · Oct 27, 2023 Reviewed onRead full review - ○ストーリーの演出が良く、1999年から時を遡りレトロモダンな世界を冒険する独自の世界観が魅力となっている。 △スタート報酬が初回10連のみで最高ランク確定もなし。ゲストログインはできるが、アカウント削除は不可。

About the game
Trailers & Screenshots:
On the last day of 1999, The Storm descended. You, the Timekeeper, witnessed the end of an era in the rising raindrops. What appears before you now seems to be an era long past.
Players step into the role as Vertin, the Timekeeper, a figure who appears uniquely immune to the effects of The Storm. After these “Storms”, you’ll travel to different eras. With the help of your colleague Sonetto, seek out the arcanists from across time who, like you, can sense the omens of The Storm and help them escape their fate, lest they be “sifted out” of the timeline.
