- From a game that I played during classes at school thirteen years ago, to now appearing on all of the major consoles. One thing hasn’t changed in all of those years, and that is its ability to make me want to play just one more level. Once it has its claws in you, it won’t let go and considering the community levels mean you potentially have thousands of levels to play, the fun doesn’t need to stop. Platform fans rejoice.
Jamie Ward · Jul 20, 2018 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - N++ is an excellent physics-based platformer that demands you develop your skills to overcome its challenges. The art style may not be for everybody but its hundreds of included levels and countless hours of community content make it an excellent investment.
Christopher Coke · May 25, 2018 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - All in all, content-wise N++ is a fantastic package. With the level editor more levels are available than you could probably play in a lifetime. And while the game’s atmosphere isn’t it’s strongest attribute, what it lacks in interesting aesthetic it makes up for with diversity in level design. If you have a buddy around, the multiplayer options are great for jumping and racing through the episodes.
Perry Burkum · May 25, 2018 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Bags of levels and increasing difficulty will keep N++ refreshing for hours and days on end. The mechanics are simple and yet incredibly deep, which opens up a wonderful game brimming with customisation options and new modes to try out. Floaty controls sometimes hamper progress, but the deaths are always spectacular.
Daniel Lipscombe · May 23, 2018 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - N++ is a great time killer and will certainly appeal to those that enjoy speedrunning and streaming. The visuals may well be basic, but the solid gameplay and vast amount of content justifies the simplistic design. Despite the problem with the taxing difficulty in the latter stages of play as well as some problems with the audio and save system, there’s several more reasons that N++ will entice you with to outweigh the grief. Throw in the additional game modes and the ability to create and browse levels, and N++ seamlessly stands on its own two feet amidst an already overcrowded genre.
Mark Sherwood · Oct 06, 2017 Reviewed on XB1Read full review - I feel there are few platformers, classic or modern, that can rival N++ in terms of physics, fluidity, level design and sheer size. In some ways N++ feels like the end of the action platformer, like an exhaustive final document, a catalogue of its emotional highs and lows. It's obviously not really the last action platformer, but for anyone with even a vague affection for platforming, it's a game to play for years to come.
Shaun Prescott · Aug 25, 2016 Reviewed on PCRead full review - N++ is the new co-op game of choice in our house. And, if you like crazy, physics-based platform action and a decent challenge, it’ll likely find similar favor in yours. Even just played solo, N++ offers so much content and replayability — and is so obviously a labor of love — that it’ll stay on your PS4 home-screen for months to come.
Dan Crawley · Aug 26, 2015 Reviewed on PS4Read full review - N++ is like the original exploded with an insane amount of content. There is so much to see and master. The precise controls and fantastic design make even the most frustrating levels somehow addictive. For those that enjoyed the original, this is a no-brainer. Fans of puzzle games in general, especially in the vein of Super Meat Boy and Trials will have a blast.
Ken McKown · Aug 06, 2015 Reviewed on PS4Read full review - The most striking thing about N++ is how little has changed, even while so much content has been added. There is little flash or grandeur to Metanet’s definitive and supposedly final N game, but for devoted and patient players, there’s a tremendous amount of value here, along with a gameplay formula that has been refined into its current form over more than a decade.
Matt Miller · Aug 06, 2015 Reviewed on PS4 - If you were a fan of N+, then you’ve probably already bought N++. If you’re a fan of challenging but rewarding platformers, then you should buy this game. If you think you might like a game that rewards perseverance, then you should also buy this game. If you don’t like a challenge, or have terrible reflexes, then you probably should still buy N++ to improve your skills.

About the game
Trailers & Screenshots:
N++ is a fast-paced, action-packed puzzle platformer set in the distant future. You play as a ninja -- darting through obstacles, narrowly evading a slew of inadvertently homicidal enemy robots, and collecting gold in a minimalist, sci-fi world. You know, traditional ninja stuff.
