  Coined as a third-person "hero-based RPG shooter", Hero Hunters has us assemble a team of up to five heroes and then play through single player missions and real-time PVP battles, switching between the heroes at any given time, while the other four are controlled by a bot until we switch back to them.

  My personal gripe is an admittedly nitpicky one; seriously, I get the buxom soldier trope, yes, but if there was ever a reason to use Kevlar to project gender equality, this could have been it. Seriously. Off my soapbox. It’s a seriously enjoyable game, and worth the time it takes to try it out.

  I love the idea of Hero Hunters a lot. It’s an incredibly cool idea on paper and even in execution. It’s such a difficult thing to do something new in the mobile world but they managed it handily. It’s a fun way to handle a shooter on mobile, and though my phone is not ideal for it (due to circumstances outside of my control) it was still pretty and responsive. The gameplay is smooth, the characters are all well-written, and play exceptionally. But it falls short in how it gates content.

  There's also plenty of gear to find and equip, new characters to unlock, and stats to sink your teeth into. Basically there's enough here keep you going for a very long time. Hero Hunters is, in short, a great game. It's fast-paced, tons of fun, and offers enough variety and depth that you won't get bored of it too quickly. Initial impressions might turn off some people, but stick with it past the opening five minutes and you're sure to be hooked.

  色んなキャラを切り替えつつ戦うバトルが楽しい！グラフィックも派手で爽快、満足度の高いガンアクションだ！ 育成によってダメージが左右されるので、ガンアクション+RPGのようなつもりでプレイした方がいいだろう。

  Hero Hunters è con ogni probabilità il miglior cover shooter disponibile su iOS e Android, nonché uno dei migliori sparatutto mobile in generale. Il team di sviluppo ha fatto grandi passi in avanti sul fronte dello stile grafico e della presentazione, confezionando un prodotto molto bello da vedere ma soprattutto divertente da giocare, dotato di una campagna discretamente lunga con più livelli di difficoltà, multiplayer competitivo e cooperativo, nonché tante sfide extra con cui cimentarsi per poter perseguire una progressione che non obbliga in alcun modo a spendere denaro reale per poter avanzare; sebbene acquistare qualche pacchetto rappresenti senz'altro il miglior modo per premiare l'impegno e il talento degli autori del gioco.
