- I found myself genuinely moved by the story in Finding Paradise. Making my way toward the end wasn't particularly challenging (which is good), but it sometimes did feel like things were drawn out unnecessarily (which is... less good).

The game is great to kill time while also going through a story where you are prompted to find out things as you go on.

This second adventure in the series may not quite manage to hit the emotional highs of its predecessor, but there's still a complex, engaging, thoughtful, and wonderfully well-told story to sink your teeth into here in a game that will linger long in the memory once you're done with it.

The story, on the other hand, doesn't hit the same highs, and that's a shame is it's supposed to be the main strength of the game. It's an entertaining follow-up, but sadly it doesn't deliver to the same extent as its predecessor.

Los diálogos entre los doctores Watts y Rosalene están cargados de palabras hilarantes y trazan un argumento que, a diferencia de su precuela, no cae en la lágrima fácil. Por desgracia, no ha sido traducido al español, de manera que el que no domine el inglés se dará de bruces con una barrera difícil de traspasar.

Nur wenige starke Momente und der atmosphärische Soundtrack sorgen dafür, dass die Fortsetzung zu To the Moon überhaupt noch ein befriedigendes Erlebnis ist.

Bereits im Frühling hat Rakuen mich mit seiner emotionalen Geschichte zu Tränen gerührt. Dann habe ich pflichtbewusst To The Moon nachgeholt und wurde ebenfalls verzaubert. Jetzt macht Finding Paradise die Dreifaltigkeit der Story-Glücksgefühle komplett. Alle drei Beispiele zeigen zudem: Eine gute Geschichte braucht keine spektakuläre Inszenierung, nur eine ordentliche Portion Seele.

Dr. Rosalene and Dr. Watts have peculiar jobs: They give people another chance to live, all the way from the very beginning... but only in their patients' heads. Due to the severity of the operation, the new life becomes the last thing the patients remember before drawing their last breath. Thus, the operation is only done to people on their deathbeds, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives, but didn’t. Finding Paradise is the 2nd full episode of To the Moon's series. It follows the life of the doctors' new patient, Colin, as they attempt to unravel a life that is split down the middle, and fulfill a wish that appears to be self-contradictory by nature.
