The free update makes it a must-play
The Vita Nova update makes this game so much better! I've played the Terra Nil when it released in 2023. It was a good game but it had limitations. The UI was a bit cluttered, progression was slow with some weird difficulty spikes, and there were minor bugs. It was still very much playable and actually fun. I would have rated it 7.5 out of 10. It was a niche game that those who enjoy ecological simulations would love. Yesterday, the devs dropped an update that significantly improved the game. There are now more biomes to play, the animal interaction is not as much of a pain as it was before, and it worked flawlessly. I now consider this a must-play to fans of simulation games, even cozy gamers will love it!
