In the daytime, you buy seeds and plant your field; at night, you attack your opponent with your chosen animal. You can protect your crops with the defense items on the shop. You can create a game lobby and wait for other players or just invite your friends. Alternatively, you can directly join another lobby and compete against foreign players. EARLY GAME At the beginning of the game, each player determine the price of their fields. Then the prices are compared. Half of the difference between the high and low prices is added to the starting gold of the player who determined the lower field price. IN THE GAME When the game starts, players begin to buy seeds/items from the shop and plant and defense their fields. When the day ends, night comes. ANIMAL SELECTION SCREEN Players start the nights with the animal selection screen. A random selection is made unless a player does not select an animal within the specified time. You can choose each animal up to 2 times in a row. If you choose the same animal for 2 nights, it will be locked for the other night. NIGHT Players teleport each other's fields after the animal selection screen. If your opponent built defense items against your chosen animal, you cannot attack this region. You can attack and destroy the unprotected areas by clicking on them and preventing your opponent from earning money from these crops. If you destroy a crop that your opponent has placed a mine on, you will die. When you are dead, you cannot attack until the next night. END GAME You win when your gold reaches your opponent's field price that they determined at the start. If any player cannot reach the target gold until the 10th day, the player wins who has the closest gold to their opponent's field price.

However, improving this game to its fullest potential, growing the player base and providing stable dedicated multiplayer servers will require a significant amount of revenue. In order to make Gates of Everforge into the best game possible, it will be monetized the same way as other popular MOBAs. Players will be able to use real money to buy playable character classes, in-game cosmetics and season passes. 100% of the proceeds generated by Gates of Everforge will be reinvested into Thousand Hour Games. Every dollar you spend in Everforge will go towards improving it. COMMITTED INDIE DEVELOPERS: Gates of Everforge is the self-funded passion project of a small but ruthlessly dedicated indie team at Thousand Hour Games. We are a team of gamers from around the world who decided to make the game that we dream of playing. You may recognize that some our art assets - including our character models - are from the Unreal Engine Marketplace. Despite the fact that the visual appearance of our characters may appear in other indie games, our classes and characters are programmed with 100% unique spells and abilities. Everforge's core gameplay is very different from other games that you may see using the same art assets. We are proud of what the UE Marketplace has enabled our small team to accomplish. A competitive multiplayer game of this scale would not have been possible for our small team without it. We have been working on Everforge since early 2020, and with support from our players we will be able continue to improve it in the future. We want our community to feel confident in knowing that we intend to improve this game for years to come. If you want this game to be a success, please join our discord community to get involved in the development process:
JOIN THE DISCORD COMMUNITY:
https://discord.gg/54kbjThnM8

Hard-Life is a mod that aims to change how you play Half-Life. The game was difficult back in 1998 but we've all nearly memorized enemy patterns and locations. Rather than raising enemy health and damage in an artificial manner, we decided to overhaul how the the AI works. Enemies are more evasive, they move quicker, react faster, and are more deadly with their aim.

Human enemies work more efficiently together to flush you out, and now bring a wide assortment of firepower with them to give you a tough time in every situation. Aliens are more aggressive and more willing to hit and run the player.

Additional enemies have also been hand-placed throughout the game to keep up the pressure, but without drastically changing the game's native pacing. There are also some new additions to the Half-Life cast, but they should all be familiar places.
Aside from increasing the general difficulty of the game, we also decided to implement extra features to the game that we feel fit the original tone, or were even reflected in concept art. Allies can be equipped with heavier firepower, and come in more forms and the same goes for your enemies too. We wanted to introduce variation to every scenario so that no firefight ever feels the same as the last.
We're also making an effort to unify assets in the game so that the world feels more cohesive. Weapons will now match in their world and player versions, and will seem a bit more functional as well. Many features added to the game should not be overly noticeable and you may find yourself wondering if certain elements were always there or added by Hard-Life.

You live in this specific environment and you gradually reach the special underground. Black market, illegal currencies exchange, reselling goods, robberies, heists, lockpicking, illegal copying movies at VHS tapes, music at MC tapes, LP vinyl discs, etc. All locations, goods, items, cars, weapons, stuff and assets are inspired by Czech reality.
STREETS
First phase of game is on streets, firstly Prague. Its about plan. You are do record of heist plan. With your movement, actions like lockpicking you record plan. All actions take some time. Your plan you can rewind, replay and re-plan whenever. Sometimes you have a limited amount of time before the property owner returns, other times you have to be quiet and not draw attention. Anyway, try to do as much as possible in the shortest possible time! Try to be as efficient as possible. The supply of things you can take away is limited, so choose the most expensive things. When your plan is complete, press launch to heist 'on live' and make popcorn time! But if your plan will gone wrong [you exceed the time limit, you miss shut down the alarm, your heist is interrupted in some other way] turn on panic mode. Now you have to complete the heist yourself in realtime. No rewind, no time. Just grab what you can and run away. Accomplices are sometimes necessary in robberies. For example, if you don't have the required knowledge to open locks, decode alarms, etc. You have control over all accomplices. Later it is necessary to divide the money from the loot.
