  Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is one of the best games I’ve played in the past few years. A game that calls back to the glory days of Xbox 360 gaming, being nothing more than just an absolute blast to play. Even if it is a little light on content, its core gameplay loop was addicting enough to keep me busy for many hours, never making me ever hope to reach its very end. This is straight-up a must-play and an easy Game of the Year contender. Praise the Omnissiah!

  Dito tudo isso, acredito que Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 seja um jogo perfeito para o atual momento dos triplo-A modernos. Ele vai direto ao ponto, não desrespeita o tempo do jogador e dá a possibilidade de se aprofundar em seus diferentes modos. Entregando um gameplay empolgante e desafiador, com os gráficos mais lindos que qualquer jogo da franquia Warhammer já teve, Space Marice 2 se sedimenta como um jogo necessário para os amantes de jogos de tiro em terceira pessoa.

  A lot of chatter online has been suggesting that Space Marine 2 is only worth it for fans of the franchise, and while there’s lots of greebly detail to obsess over I think it’s actually the opposite. The game excels at selling the surface details, the heft of your marines and the scale of setting, but falls short of delivering really juicy combat or interesting narrative. There’s clearly a lot of intended replayability through PvE and PvP modes the developers have said they intend to build on, but I just don’t know if I’m going to be engaged enough by the combat to keep coming back. When it shines, Space Marine 2 can be really good but there’s just a few too many irritating flaws to recommend it as much as I want to.

  Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 checks all the boxes for a satisfying, grim dark 40k shooter. Despite the lackluster state of PvP, I can’t help but recommend this to any fans of Warhammer 40,000, or third-person shooters in general, as the PvE campaign is phenomenal.

  Entiendo perfectamente que la apasionada comunidad de esta serie tenía ya tiempo esperando Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II y que incluso, gracias a una muy bien lograda campaña de mercadeo, muchos nuevos lo tenían dentro de su lista de prioridades, pero creo que es justo mencionar que para la gran mayoría de nosotros que lo veíamos con cierto escepticismo, se ha convertido en la más grande y grata sorpresa que nos hayamos llevado en este 2024. El trabajo de Saber Interactive supera por mucho cualquier expectativa que se tuviera, presentando un título propositivo y bien ejecutado, que mantienen su visión y enfoque sobre la tierra, cosa que uno ya rara vez puedes apreciar dentro de esta industria desbocada que suele innovar y avanzar solo por el simple hecho de generar “progreso”.

  Despite great visuals and hectic combat, Space Marine 2 stumbles on its repetition and generic missions. While co-op has limited appeal, the single player is boring and the competitive action is mostly an afterthought. And even devout followers may lose faith due to the technical issues.

  Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 es un juego que revitaliza la rutina, siendo más divertido con amigos, aunque también es entretenido en solitario. Su apartado gráfico es notable, aunque podría mejorar en exploración y reducir la repetitividad de algunas misiones. A medida que avanzamos y mejoramos al personaje, se siente cierta similitud entre misiones. Para combatir el aburrimiento, se incluye un modo PvP que aporta una experiencia diferente, aunque a veces puede resultar abrumador no saber lo que sucede a tu alrededor.

  Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is quite literally the game we all needed. With its smooth but still fast gameplay and great story, it's well worth a try if you like gunning down endless swarms of aliens. At the same time, there's never a dull moment when simply exploring and taking in all the detail that the world has to offer.

  Space Marine II is so much more than its decade-old predecessor with baked-in co-op, PVP and a wealth of customization. Yet for all the promise of eternal war, its core strength is still in its main campaign — it’s an arcadey blast-and-slash extravaganza that fully realizes all the grisly pageantry of its grimdark setting. It is the best opportunity yet to act out the sagas of Space Marine combat for those who, like me with the Battle for Macragge, long ago put their poorly-painted miniatures into storage.

  Although Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 still needs some technical work here and there, the game itself is truly excellent. The gaming experience in particular is sublime thanks to the good balance between the classes, the nice, varied gameplay and of course the beautiful environments you visit. The campaign and Operations have enough to offer, which will be a lot of fun for both fans and non-fans. And then there is Eternal War, which will give you hours of extra gaming fun. Here and there Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is still a bit rough, but in terms of experience it hits the mark.
