Vampyr

Good AA roleyplay with meaningful decisions. Unique mechanism for keeping different part of town in a shape when your actions actually leave impact on the world. The persons in the game are actually interrsting and it is fun explore their hiden stories. The fights are nothing extra, but I would say they are fine as they are not the main content. The WWI nigth London atmosphere is perfect.

Vampyr is a great, underrated game. It’s a great action rpg. The story is really good, combat is satisfying and builds throughout the game. Regular enemies aren’t too varied, but bosses are really good. The main thing that’s a bit of a pain is traversal. You have to walk across the map and there’s no fast travel system. There are also locked doors to an area & you have to go way around the map just to get to your destination. Overall though I really like the game & will play it again. I’d give it a 9/10 or 5/5.

In my opinion this is a hidden gem. This game has won me over and I have fallen in love with this game. The story is so captivating and the environment feels so good. The setting is honestly perfect and and the story fits in perfectly with the time period. I felt this connection with Jonathan and I felt so pity for him. The way you interact with the people and learn about them is beautiful. This is my favorite game till date. I would request everyone reading this to give it a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Somber and evocative, "Vampyr" is a budget RPG that tells a great story. The action is fine, scaling nicely and offering enjoyable enemy variety, but once I settled into my move combos I was basically unstoppable. As a character-laden experience, you'll do lots and lots of talking ... but you get out what you put in. Being able to choose who lives and dies is gratifying, especially when you meet characters that just deserve it; however, as you learn more about their stories you'll find that things are never as simple as you'd think.
