- There is simply no denying that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has style oozing out of its pores. Character designs have tons of flair, and even the most basic of enemies look cool, too. The shading used on player characters, NPCs, and enemies looks slick. Whether they’re in your face or far away, they look great. The immersive environments look quite smooth, and several have creative touches that could only come from the brain of Tiny Tina.
Neal Chandran · Apr 23, 2022 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a great spin-off title of the Borderlands franchise, and while it was somewhat more of the same, we loved the original setting. We wouldn’t mind seeing another campaign being presented by Tiny Tina or one of her friends in the future. The only remark we might have is that the pace of this title was slightly slower than the mainline games, which was noticeable due to some very empty environments and the slower skill progression. That being said, if you like the main series, you’ll certainly be able to enjoy this one.
Ibuki · Apr 15, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is not only a glorious return to its roots, but it’s bloody entertaining to play. The Bunker and Badasses motif opens the door to some amusing interactions, and seeing fan favourites being reintroduced is a breath of relief. I have to point out the inclusive feature of allowing players to choose their pronouns, too. That beautiful cell shading appearance is intact, but the pop-in shouldn’t continue to be such a thorn. Seeing textures struggling is not something I thought would plague the fifth entry of the looter shooter.
FerniWrites · Apr 14, 2022 Reviewed on PS4Read full review - Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a great game for those looking to experience something lighthearted and fun and is definitely a must for Borderlands fans.
Community Guest Writer · Apr 14, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Well, I liked it quite a bit honestly, the humor was good, the acting was excellent from the main cast and the combat was just different enough to keep me engaged and constantly looking for better spells for my ‘SpellBlade’ class. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the class system, Gearbox did a great job of crafting the classes and making them feel unique enough to fit in this fantasy world.
Terrence Johnson · Apr 13, 2022 Reviewed on Series X|SRead full review - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is an easy recommendation for Borderlands and D&D fans, but those who have had their fill of the franchise may get tired of the repetitive combat and constantly looting useless items. The technical problems are the biggest issue, so hopefully, Gearbox Software releases new Tiny Tina's Wonderlands updates to address them soon.
Dalton Cooper · Apr 11, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - The voice acting is the best up to-date, with a tremendous performance from actors like Will Arnett. Tina’s voice is Ashly Burch, who gives a very different performance here compared to Horizon’s Alloy. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has plenty of issues and there is room for improvement, but it is a good game with plenty to keep you entertained.
Cosmin Vasile · Apr 11, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - The game will have future DLC and with the limitless potential of the premise, it is safe to say that fans will have plenty of adventures ahead as Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a hysterical and mayhem-filled romp not to be missed.
gareth · Apr 10, 2022 Reviewed on PC, PS5, Series X|S, PS4, XB1Read full review - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands adds new ones, like spells that are useful throughout the story. One of the game's most notable aspects is the uniqueness of its conversation and the presence of Tina as its Dungeon Master. Expansion for Borderlands 3, however, would have been much better off as an expansion since it's too short to justify the price tag and too lengthy to cover up a lack of fresh ideas.
Rayan · Apr 08, 2022 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - The humorous banter between characters keeps the mood light as do the vibrant colours in the wonderfully designed medieval lands. The spellcraft fits in wonderfully well within the setting and accentuates the enjoyment of the gunplay and all the looting that is customary for a Borderlands title. Dungeons and Dragon (Lords) has never been so much fun.
