  • Despite the requirement to have an Internet connection to experience 4 of the 5 games, The Jackbox Party Pack 2 is just as strong as its prequel. The same zany presentation and innovative use of smart devices, it's another ideal party starter. Which set you choose (if you only choose one) will likely come down to whether you prefer trivia, improvisation or cooperative-based games, but overall this second pack is a solid set that will provide a lot of laughs and collective fun.

  • The clear standouts here are Quiplash and Fibbage 2, both of which still hold a ton of enjoyment. However, they have also seen improved and expanded sequels that have been released since. Bottom line, now that all three compilations are on the Nintendo Switch, you are better off going for the first or third to see the best that the series has to offer.

  • The Jackbox Party Pack 2 is pretty much essential if you have family or friends to entertain. It's one of very few games in which everyone can join in, providing hours of fun and laughter. One to dig out for social gatherings then.

  • Quiplash XL, Fibbage 2 and Ear Wax are must haves and are worth the price of admission alone, assuming you don't have Party Pack 1 and the standalone Quiplash. If you're the type who likes to invite over a bunch of friends to hang out, drink beer, eat pizza and play board games, Jackbox Party Pack 2 is the video game you've been looking for.

  • Brass tacks, the Jackbox Party Pack 2 made me and my friends laugh our asses off, and that's what it's all about. I can't think of an easier or quicker way to reduce a room to a giggling mass of hysteria, just toss it at a group of people and go. Party Pack 2 is a ridiculous value that is sure to provide you and your friends with a lot of laughs and great memories, exactly what every party game should aspire to.

  • The Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a compilation of four great games and one that misses the target. There's easily more than enough laughs to be had here for the asking price. Some may feel a little bit short-changed by the inclusion of Quiplash XL if they've already paid money for it as a stand-alone product, but even they should find that there's more than enough entertainment here for their money. This is a well-made and entertaining collection that's sure to put a smile on the face of the most curmudgeonly party guest and become a staple amongst regular gaming buddies.

  • If you only have the money for one of the Jackbox Party Packs, go for this one. There’s fun to be had in short bursts if you can gather some friends together. However, other than Bomb Corp, there’s nothing here that you’d want to sit around playing for hours. It’s great fun in the smallest of blasts, but like most in the genre, the more people you have who are able to take part, it’s likely that you’ll have more fun with the games.

  • Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a different beast than the first with more middle ground ratings, but not really having an all-star breakout like the first. I think players will have more of a dabbling, buffet approach, sampling everything and having a game or two they like a bit better, but not necessarily getting hooked on a singular title.

  • This offering is much of the same story, and while it has its disappointments in the gimmicky Earwax and Bidiots, Quiplash XL and Fibbage 2 are nearly worth the price of admission alone. I say nearly: £18.99 might be a wee bit steep for a package where two games are potential duds, but your mileage may, of course vary. Still, what is good here is excellent, and should put your party in a fine form, as long as you steer clear of Bomb Corp...

  • Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a solid party game that pretty much has whatever the party will call for - whether it's the childish noise games of Earwax, or the mind games of Fibbage 2, there is pretty much something here for anyone to enjoy.
