The objective is to rescue other members of the Addams family and find a way to not let the wealth go to other people. You can collect tokens and items, as well as defeat enemies, along the way. There is a lot of platforming, and some of them are creative to explore and collect the tokens from. The items you collect include power-ups, extra lives, and even money. There are minigames that you can play and they are somewhat fun. The game, overall, is somewhat enjoyable and a different take on a side-scrolling game.
