So, here’s a game that is looking to be a new portal for a fantastic tenured console game. It mostly manages to do that, even while subtly building in an RPG-style marker battler that should appeal to those folks — dare I say “millennials?” while propping myself up with me walking cane — who are new to the concept. It’s a hard feat to merge a retro hit with the modernity of mobile tablets, but I figure this one makes more than a valiant effort.

Tekken sort of plays like a fighter, and also feels like one, until the player feels the one thing that this lacks: the opportunity to fight another human opponent. It might be a tall order to deliver on iOS, but it is sadly a deal breaker in a genre born on PvP action. A lot of people will likely not be able to stand this compromise, as it hits right in the core of what makes the genre enjoyable - the competition.

A pesar de ello, el nuevo spin-off de Bandai Namco es bastante resultón, pues ofrece diversión inmediata y de manera gratuita. Puede que con el tiempo llegue a hacerse repetitivo, pero los eventos en directo y el modo Dojo aportan la variedad suficiente para sortear dicho obstáculo. Los más veteranos no estarán satisfechos con la experiencia, pero sí quienes busquen simplemente disfrutar de unos combates en cualquier parte y desde la comodidad que ofrece un móvil.

Pêchu et plutôt joli, Tekken avait des arguments, mais le système de jeu, trop basique, atrophie à l'extrême l'intérêt des combats, et quand bien même vous y trouveriez une forme de plaisir, son modèle économique vous rappellera vite à la réalité. Aussi creuse que carnassière, cette tentative mobile ne fait pas honneur à la série, en multipliant les petites bassesses et les mauvaises idées de game-design. Difficile d'y trouver une once d'intérêt, même pour y jouer sur le pouce entre deux métros.

Il sistema di controllo touch Ă¨ semplice e immediato, con un focus che passa dalla precisione alla reattivitĂ , e che per forza di cose mostra il fianco a problemi di bilanciamento quando si passa a gradi di sfida superiori, con gli avversari che impongono il proprio gioco sulla base di una resistenza e di un'efficacia maggiori. In ogni caso Bandai Namco ha fatto un ottimo lavoro.
