- Sludge Life 2 is another gaming triumph given to us by the delightfully deranged team behind the first iteration. Everything about Sludge Life 2 builds upon the amazing original, its wacky humor and over the top narrative pushing new boundaries while staying totally on brand. Sludge Life 2 had some big, muddy shoes to full, but it did so with cleverness and competence.
Heather Johnson Yu · Jul 06, 2023 Reviewed on PCRead full review - I enjoyed my time with Sludge Life 2, although I'm starting to get a sense of diminishing returns. Although I was on board for this strange, idiosyncratic tale of the weird inhabitants of another sludge-drenched land, I get the feeling that if there's a Sludge Life 3, it might have to start making some bigger changes to maintain an audience. Repetition and deja vu aside, though, Sludge Life 2 offers another strange few hours of exploration, collectible-hunting, and anarchy to enjoy, so strap in and prepare to get gunged.
Joseph Allen · Jun 27, 2023 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Sludge Life 2 is basically Sludge Life, just on a new map. Were the original a good game, or even a passable game, I’d understand its appeal. But that’s not the the case. The original Sludge Life was a dour and pointless adventure game drowned in tryhard imagery and completely devoid of charisma… and the sequel is just that. Again. No fixes to visuals, controls, glitches, a dull gameplay loop, nothing. You are simply getting more of what you (don’t) love.
Leo Faria · Jun 27, 2023 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Sludge Life 2 takes the best ideas of the first game and improves on them all. There are more interesting characters to have conversations with, more hotel rooms filled with small but effective narrative moments, more spots to tag, and more ciggies to collect. There’s plenty of dark water under the hotel and weird vistas to photograph.
Andrei Dumitrescu · Jun 27, 2023 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Sludge Life games are their own thing, a cocktail, I suspect, that has different components depending on your own background. To me they're hip-hop mixtapes passed from friend to friend, blended with underworld comics and stickers and those weird shows that the TV channels used to show really late at night. They're things I wished I was cool enough, smart enough, to be a part of.
Manu Delgado · Jul 31, 2023 Reviewed on PCRead full review - El juego es sumamente minimalista.

Trailers & Screenshots:
SLUDGE LIFE 2 is the grimiest first-person vandalism sim since the first SLUDGE LIFE—but, like, twice as dense. Explore a huger, weirder, gnarlier open world loaded with secrets, weirdos, jokes, and, of course, plenty of spots to tag.
Developer: Terri Vellmann
