    Any fondness that one might have for Renegade is deeply rooted in nostalgia. It's true that many old NES games have not aged well, but this is one that was never any good to begin with. With other better beat-em-ups — such as Double Dragon and Final Fight — already available on the Wii U Virtual Console, it's next to impossible to give this one a recommendation.

When the city needs protection from the countless gang fights, who will step up? Battle your way through subways, parks, alleyways and parking lots. Use your arsenal of kicks, punches (including the infamous sit-on punch) and jump kicks, as well as a variety of throws to knock your opponents into submission.
