- Rain on Your Parade has made me feel emotions for a cloud that I have not felt... well, ever! With a charming aesthetic, entertaining pop culture humor, and a wacky premise, you should play this game if you want to spend a weekend ruining a bunch of people's lives with water.
Elisha Deogracias · May 18, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - It coasts on “what will they do next?” novelty rather than any kind of meaty, significant gameplay, but sometimes that’s okay. It’s something new, which is appealing, and the toybox feel of the proceedings lends itself to a broad appeal – we can see young kids and people who vibe with its twee presentation getting a kick out of it.
Stuart Gipp · Apr 28, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Rain on Your Parade is a charmingly delightful blend of puzzle-solving and ridiculous antics wrapped in a unique setting. You'll be the hero, the villain, and mischievous nuisance in this self-aware title, literally bringing the thunder to this cardboard cut-out world.
Sara Gitkos · Apr 27, 2021 Reviewed on PC, XB1, SwitchRead full review - Rain on Your Parade, even with it having more than enough levels, is a bite-sized snack for in-between bigger titles. The game is fun to play in short bursts but is never truly binge-worthy. The overall gameplay is satisfying and the different maps and quests keep you entertained for a fairly long time. We do feel that this game could go from ‘just good’ to ‘great’ with a few finishing touches, a few graphical updates and perhaps a co-op mode.
Ibuki · Apr 19, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Rain on Your Parade is a hilarious, reference filled adventure that gamers young and old could enjoy. It provides variety and options for how much you want to get out of the game and is never too challenging for any one person.
Corey Lyle · Apr 18, 2021 Reviewed on XB1Read full review - Rain on Your Parade more or less delivers on what it promises. It's a clever and charming game that's bound to put a big, dumb smile on your face each time you ruin some unsuspecting person's day.
CJ Andriessen · Apr 18, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Rain on Your Parade is a wonderful little puzzle game with a lot of heart, imagination and some occasionally laugh out loud moments. While it won’t last forever, there’s more than enough here to enjoy on a rainy day and would certainly bring its own kind of sunshine.
Jon Clarke · Apr 15, 2021 Reviewed on Series X|SRead full review - Ultimately though Rain On Your Parade is a terrific little puzzle game that can be a huge amount of fun for all kinds of different gamers. The vast majority of its levels are very well designed and have enough secrets tucked away in them that you can spend hours just finding easter eggs alone.
Cody Peterson · Apr 14, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - More than just a funny game, Rain on Your Parade is a fun game. Its absolutely idiotic premise works, not only because of how cathartic it is, but also because the developers took their time to cram it with as many settings, objectives, and destructible objects you can imagine.
Leo Faria · Apr 13, 2021 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Rain on Your Parade is a simple, funny little game. Its levels aren’t challenging, but many of them are clever and humorous. It’s especially worth picking up if you have kids that just like to wreak havoc in virtual worlds. But regardless of your age, there’s plenty of joy to be had in hitting people with thunder and turning them into big snowballs. What’s not to like about that?
