  The Pro Evolution series moves into the modern age. Controlling players finally feels smooth with the analog stick. This franchise gives you the freedom to execute on the field, and also throws in an online Master League as well. The Pro Evolution series was known as the franchise that is too old school, too hardcore, and a step behind. I think that’s changed, and it’s now in better position for itself and the sport as a whole.

  Some will prefer the gameplay of PES 2011 to its EA Sports counterpart (certainly more players than would have in 2010). However, for casual fans and trainspotters alike, the depth and breadth of leagues in FIFA 2011, combined with its continued high-quality gameplay, will leave PES waiting until 2012 for another shot at the title of top football franchise.

  Pero del mismo modo que la revolución total que han prometido para esta entrega no es cierta (es una renovación más bien), aunque sí acertada, los que dicen que el juego es lo mismo de siempre, que es peor que el año pasado y que no han cambiado nada, o están equivocados o simplemente mienten. No es el mejor juego de fútbol, pero es un gran juego de fútbol, mejor que el año pasado, y en el buen camino.

  Après des années bien difficiles, l'édition PES 2011 séduit de nouveau, timidement, les amoureux que nous étions autrefois de la licence Konami. Cependant si Pro11 a su rattraper une grande partie de son retard, c'est d'abord sur l'évolution de sa propre licence et non sur le concurrent FIFA 11. Sur tous les points, à part peut-être l'ergonomie des menus de formations et la physique de balle, le titre de Electronic Arts semble supérieur à son rival déchu.

  Insomma, sebbene PES 2011 non possa ancora essere definito la massima espressione del calcio videoludico contemporaneo, il lavoro svolto quest'anno da Konami merita senza dubbio di essere incoraggiato poiché getta le basi per quello che sembra essere l'inizio di un "nuovo corso". EA Sports è avvertita...

  PES 2011 dà l'impressione di aver dato finalmente una reale sterzata al suo gameplay con il nuovo sistema di passaggi, la fisicità dei giocatori e un ritmo bilanciato dove anche l'intelligenza artificiale appare più credibile che in passato. L'aspetto grafico continua a essere un punto di forza soprattutto nella realizzazione dei giocatori e da quest'anno anche nella regia, anche perché Konami è stata molto brava a donare al titolo un'atmosfera che gli amanti di calcio sicuramente apprezzeranno a partire dai menu e dalle competizioni reali presenti.

  Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is absoluut de beste PES-game op de huidige generatie spelcomputers. Konami heeft eindelijk de vernieuwingen gebracht die beloofd werden. Met PES 2011 heeft Konami de basis gelegd voor de komende jaren om weer uit te groeien tot dé voetbal game voor de doorgewinterde gamers. Het spel bevat nog aardig wat schoonheidsfoutjes maar dit weegt niet op tegen het enorme plezier dat PES 2011 voetbal fans dit jaar eindelijke weer eens brengt.
