- What's here is incredibly fun, and though perhaps some of your fun is influenced by a graphics-induced haze, you probably won't care. This is an absolutely stunning videogame whose incredible detail (literally down to the last drop of sweat) would never be confused for an Xbox or PS2 offering - an HDTV and a copy of this game are all you need to become the envy of your friends.
Ryan McCaffrey · May 04, 2006 Reviewed on X360Read full review - The best way to sum up NBA Live 06 on the Xbox 360 is that it feels a lot like NBA Live 05 with a fresh coat of paint thrown on. Aside from minor tweaks here and there, not a lot has changed with the basic gameplay, which should feel very familiar to longtime fans of the series. The graphics definitely are a great step up from previous-generation basketball games, especially with the fantastic character models in the game.
Bob Colayco · Nov 22, 2005 Reviewed on X360Read full review - You should expect more from a next gen game, not less. Unfortunately, NBA Live is as shallow a basketball game you will find this year. Less features for more money, what a deal! Sure, it looks like a top prospect, then again, so did Kwame Brown and you see how that turned out.
Jon Robinson · Nov 17, 2005 Reviewed on PC, X360Read full review - A very polished online basketball game, but it still lacks real appeal for nonbasketball fans
