- MotoGP 19 is a fantastic package overall and, hopefully, it ends up with a thriving multiplayer scene. The first post-launch patch was absolutely crucial in terms of tightening up the brakes and, while some of the physics still aren't quite there, it's a strong start.

What did stand out to me is the marked improvement from a previous entry that was a buggy mess that left fans dissatisfied.MotoGP 19 is a huge leap in the right direction, with this being an excellent title for the fans of MotoGP. Milestone’s making the right steps, and their next entry could be the de facto MotoGP experience if they keep trending upward. They continue to improve the quality of the game with each release to marked effect, and it’s safe to say that MotoGP is in good hands.

What they get right is that they gear the game directly towards the fans, but they also steer sharply aware from making this game anything more than simply fan-pandering. Gamers looking for quick fun, vehicle customization, and special career planning goals will be disappointed, but if you're a die hard MotoGP fan, this will certainly delight you.

It may not have the variety of bikes offered by the RIDE series, or offer the tension of TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge, but none of those compare when it comes to the actual act of racing. Thanks to a number of meaningful improvements, MotoGP 19 offers the most authentic motorbike racing experience you can get. And there’s enough content to keep you happy for a long while.

It’s actually only $50 and has more going for it than some of its competition. The racing is enjoyable and has the ability to be mastered while the A.N.N.A. AI has some flashes but some other aspects need to be touched up. The plethora of bike classes are welcoming and the Historical Challenges will have players hooked. While the visuals take a bump, fans of the series will no doubt enjoy the updates to the game.

It’s a step forward with the inclusion of MotoE, and the historical races provide an intense challenge. Fans of the series should appreciate vastly improved loading times, a better (if still underwhelming) presentation, and especially customization options. While not the best racing game on the market today, the MotoGP series has come back into its own as a respectable franchise with the release of MotoGP 19.

The career mode isn't anything that'll revolutionise the market, but it's still a mode we could spend countless hours in. The game is incredibly challenging and you won't get anything without putting a great amount of effort in, but when you reach a good level of skill by practising, Valentino Rossi himself couldn't even ruin the fun you'll have.

A few glitches take you out of the moment, and there is a need for some special seasoning sprinkled on the top to really make this a truly great racing title, but for fans of the sport, they now have a video game that better represents the action-packed real-life on-track action.

Todavía queda mucho margen de mejora, sobre todo para romper lo artificial que resulta controlar la moto con un mando tradicional. En la oferta de modos también necesita cambios que aboguen por la profundidad en cuanto a opciones y estilos de juego. Eso sí, los desafíos históricos mejoran el cómputo general. Todo un caramelo para los fans de las dos ruedas.
