  A very well designed, beautiful-looking puzzle game that, while occasionally fiendishly tricky, is thoroughly enjoyable to play. It hits just the right balance of being tough, but not so difficult that you'll want to throw down your iOS device in frustration: the solution is always staring at you in the face.

  Overall, the game is worth the free download and at least a trial run, if you will. Whether you’re great at endless runners or can barely stay on your feet, Lara Croft: Relic Run offers lush visuals, entertaining effects, and a thrilling pace that will certainly get you going.

  The imagery is superb, with “natural” explosions of color. If Cambodian jungle is supposed to be the represented — and yes, it is — then the developer can take a bow for the simulated lush jungle, temple ruins and gapped run ways. The animations are pretty fluid, and do a great job of framing the gameplay.

  It never grows stale, unlike most other titles in the genre, and can even withstand being played for many hours straight, which is a remarkable feat. It is astonishing that Simutronics succeeded in capturing the feeling of exploration and action in a genre that is not exactly known for offering these elements, but this proves that it is possible to make a top runner that delivers variety and great gameplay.

  Overall though it’s hard not to like Lara Croft: Relic Run. Far more than a re-skin of a popular genre, Simutronics have worked hard to make a Triple-A auto-runner and they’ve succeeded, with plenty of innovation held together with cinematic shine.

  Lara Croft: Relic Run wouldn't feel out of place as part of the Temple Run canon. It's the same formula, albeit with a more recognisable character tacked on and a lick of paint to make it all sparkly.

  Lara Croft: Relic Run ofrece todo lo que se espera de un buen endless runner, más completo de los que nos tiene acostumbrados el género, pero sin ser mucho más que el enésimo juego casual de smartphones y tablets. Seguramente se convierta, junto a Spider-Man Unlimited de Gameloft, en uno de los mejores exponentes de este tipo de títulos.

  Sin embargo y a pesar de esto, se trata de una obra estimable y que divierte bastante, siendo más variada de lo habitual en este tipo de juegos. ...La arqueóloga más famosa del universo, Lara Croft, regresa a los aparatos móviles de última generación con una aventura en plan Endless Runner que resulta bastante jugable y atractiva. No es ni la más larga ni la más original, pero está bien realizada y nos ofrece momentos de acción y plataformas muy sugerentes.
