  • Gunslugs 2 brings mindless fun to the screens of the Nintendo 3DS. The presentation and gameplay are great, but it does feel pretty mindless most of the time. I can appreciate why they have done this, but it feels like I am missing something. Even bigger is the lack of leaderboards, which could have made the game infinitely replayable. If you are fully aware of what you are getting yourself into, it is more than likely that you will have a good time!

  • Gunsglugs 2 features a new attack of the Black Duck Army which came back with more ambitions evil plans. Cutting-edge innovations on gameplay? Not really; but you'll get more levels, more action, more enemies and more final bosses. Much more all of the good Gunslugs can offer.

  • A lot like shooters of old, you run and gun from left to right while taking out everything in your wake. ...Ultimately though, shooting everything that moves is key here. There are a ton of explosions too, to the point that you’re going to lose track of what’s going on but that’s ok. Gunslugs 2 isn’t about subtlety.

  • Gunslugs 2 is a unique run 'n gun game, for better or for worse, but considering that not many developers are trying to take the modern run 'n gun crown, if shooting enemies by the hundreds sounds like a rollicking good time, then check this out.

  • Gunslugs 2 is a welcome addition to the 3DS eShop, providing enjoyable short bursts of mayhem. There's little thought or strategy required as you gun down foes and cause enormous explosions, meaning it's utterly mindless fun. It's not necessarily the most solid gameplay experience on an objective level, with the chaos being occasionally tough to manage or understand, but it's a good way to have some quick thrills on the portable.

  • A sharp and well put together shooter, Gunslugs 2 might be a little too crazy for some, but it's definitely worth a look.
