    Dungeons of Dreadrock 2: The Dead King’s Secret is a must-play for puzzle gamers. Challenges never feel the same, and they’ll have you thinking outside the box to try to solve them. The victorious feeling after completing puzzles can get addicting, and you may have a hard time putting it down, just as I did.

    Pur non inventando nulla di totalmente nuovo rispetto al capitolo precedente, Christoph Minnameier dimostra di essere una vera fucina di idee con Dungeons of Dreadrock 2. Partendo dalla rappresentazione fra RPG dungeon crawler e Zelda, è in grado di combinare i semplici elementi fondamentali utilizzati per comporre i livelli in situazioni sempre nuove ed enigmi stimolanti e mai banali, tanto da riuscire a riservare molte sorprese nel centinaio di stanze da esplorare nella storia. Nonostante la ripetizione di elementi grafici e parzialmente di alcune soluzioni di gameplay, avanzare nei meandri del monte Dreadrock si conferma una continua scoperta e un vero piacere.

    If you enjoy puzzle solving at a high level, Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 is the game to play. It takes everything you learned from the first game and amps up the fun with new creative ways to solve puzzles, new abilities to master, and a fun story that connects seamlessly with the first game. The second installment of the Dreadrock Trilogy is a must play for any puzzle-maniac.

    Though it isn't much of an upgrade over its predecessor, Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 offers an enjoyable and simple puzzle gaming experience which cleverly links with the first game's story and feels well worthwhile. Satisfying gameplay variety and well-drawn, 32-bit-style graphics are the strong points here, though its relative simplicity and occasionally frustrating puzzle solutions are minor drawbacks. There’s lots to love here, though, especially if you’re a fan of the first game, and it feels like it fills a niche in the Switch library that few other puzzle games occupy.
