  Dragon Quest III is one for old hands at JRPGs, lacking the verve of more recent instalments to the genre, but it does have a certain charm. As a historical piece, it’s all the more welcome and demonstrates how far the genre has come.

  If you're a huge JRPG fan or just enjoy playing on mobile for long bouts of time this game may scratch your itch. However, with the high price and time investment, this game isn't particularly conductive to mobile gaming. Those who are used to playing Threes, or endless runners in their spare moments aren't going to find much here. Comparatively the gameplay is slow and very seldom gives the quick reward that mobile gamers are so used to.

  Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation joins mobile’s ever-growing Dragon Quest pantheon, and fans of traditional RPGs should rejoice. The lack of enemy animations is a downer, but the omission ultimately doesn’t affect the title’s gameplay – which is to say Dragon Quest III remains one of the series’ best (and genre’s best) all these years later.

  Estamos ante uno de los mejores exponentes del J-RPG clásico que llega a iOS y Android con las mismas ventajas e inconvenientes que sus predecesores. Dragon Quest III cierra la trilogía de Erdrick en lo más alto, con un desarrollo y unas mecánicas muy refinadas para su época, que suponían un punto inflexión en el género y que posteriormente adoptarían para sí otros títulos y sagas consagradas.

  Una vez más Square Enix nos ofrece una conversión realmente fiel y magnífica de un verdadero clásico de los JRPG. Esta tercera edición de la serie Dragon Quest es oro puro para formatos iOS y Android, un juego que nadie debería perderse a poco que le gusten este tipo de aventuras. Calidad en todos sus apartados.

  Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation es una conversión loable, al nivel de las otras vistas en la propia serie de Enix y en títulos anteriores de Square, como la saga Final Fantasy. El remodelado apartado gráfico, la inclusión de los extras de la versión de SNES -a lo que hay que sumar minijuegos para la ocasión, que nos surtirán de objetos exclusivos para el inventario-…
