This chapter improved upon its predecessor in just about every way. The music is wonderful, but was that ever in doubt? The battle system is played around with often, keeping things fresh. Characters who were previously in the background are pushed to the forefront much to the betterment of the story. The humor is better thanks to the introduction of new, quirky characters and the banter between our main crew is a joy from beginning to end. The lore of the mysterious Dark World is expanded further—especially if you decide to be a [[Big Shot]] and hunt for a certain someone—and the final cutscene leaves me wanting more.

If you weren't impressed with Chapter 1, Chapter 2 should ease your skepticism.
