Batman Arkham Origins feels like a familiar, but slightly rougher version of the previous installments. It's not as polished as Arkham City, but it still delivers what the series is loved for. The atmosphere of Gotham in the winter looks cool, the city seems cold and alive, although sometimes a little empty. The combat system has remained almost unchanged, and this is more of a plus. Strikes, counterattacks, combos - everything works clearly and gives a sense of control. I especially like how you gradually discover new techniques and begin to deal with groups of enemies much more effectively. Stealth sections are also in place, with the ability to quietly eliminate enemies and plan your actions. The story here is more personal, showing Batman at an early stage, when he is not yet fully formed as a hero. The bosses are made interestingly, some fights are really memorable because they make you think, not just press buttons.Of the minuses - it feels like the game is a bit secondary. Many elements simply repeat the previous parts without any special changes. But if you like the gameplay and the universe, it doesn't really matter. Overall, it's a good game that doesn't revolutionize anything, but provides a consistently enjoyable experience.

Underrated SuperHero Game

This game deserves so much more than what it would seem, back in the day and to this day. This game is definitely my favorite and in my opinion best arkham game. This game is so beautiful and feels popping and real. Especially on a cool winter day indoors with this game.

Batman Arkham origins If you like the Arkham series this game is for you. It's the third installment after Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. I discovered it on PS now after I've played Batman: Arkham Asylum. I recommend you play at least one of the two previous games before that one. The combat is very similar to the previous entry in the series and you never get tired of it. It's an open world action-adventure. You're in the vast city of Gotham on Christmas eve and there's trouble. You play as a younger less-refined Batman which is prone to violent behavior. I loved the story but it's short. The online part of the game I couldn't play as it was not available anymore in 2020. The side missions were really fun and searching for Enigma's data packs was something worth doing because of all the different things you had to do to get to them. I recommend this game it's super entertaining!

I don't know why this game gets so much hate but this game is fantastic and a true gem. The villain lineup is fabulous and the Black Mask reveal comes with a twist. I loved this game, the game has 8 assassins hunting Batman for $50 Million bounty. The DLC is average but the Batsuit is amazing. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because of the hype they created in the trailer for DeathBlade doesn't stand up to it.
