Not a fan of turn based battles. I love that if the battles start to bore me, I have a one hit kill and just do the fun battles.

Something that ruins these games for me, especially some of the "classics" os that the characters are usually annoying as hell and not only do I not care for them making playing with them as heroes pointless, some times I just outright want them to die. In Arafell I found myself really attached to the characters.

The visuals are lovely, music is great too.

Only downer for me was the movement was a little clunky.

For a genre I don't care for, I absolutely loved my time with this. I think it took around 25-30 hours and it was just right at that length.

I have no idea what possessed me to buy this with all signs pointing at it being a game I wouldn't like but it was one of the biggest pleasant surprises I'd had in a long time.
