- It’s not hyperbolic to say that SUPERHOT for the Switch is a title as good and as mandatory as Breath of the Wild, Octopath Traveler, The Messenger, and Super Mario Odyssey. It’s just that good. Pardon my cheesy pun, but there’s no better way to say it. The Switch version of SUPERHOT is a SUPERPORT.
Leo Faria · Aug 30, 2019 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - When I reflect fondly on my previously-mentioned SUPERHOT VR experience, I think about looking fully around the environment, physically ducking to avoid bullets, and even using a throwing motion to launch objects across the room. While that version was exhausting and exhilarating, SUPERHOT on Switch feels like an ideal complement with its encapsulated, portable, and original take on the adventure. For players who are looking to jump into the world of SUPERHOT for the first time, Nintendo Switch feels like the right place to get shooting and moving.
Peter Spezia · Aug 25, 2019 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - One of the most innovative shooters in years is now one of the most innovative shooters on the Switch.
Jimmy Donnellan · Aug 23, 2019 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - SUPERHOT may be a little older than others in your list of recently released games on the PlayStation Store, but for those who have yet to experience it, this title remains a polished gem.
Jordan Loeffler · Jul 26, 2017 Reviewed on PS4Read full review - From the opening stages to its thrilling conclusion, every single moment within SUPERHOT is a memorable one. Even a year removed from its initial release, its innovations are unmatched.
Tyler Treese · Jul 22, 2017 Reviewed on PS4Read full review - I wanted to love Superhot more than I did, but its simplistic design and lack of variety really hurt it, even with its short campaign length. Still, there is nothing like it out there, and I applaud the developer for executing such a unique idea on the first try. With a bit more variety and options to tackle situations I would definitely be interested in seeing where the series goes from here. As it stands it is hard to recommend to everyone for the entry price.
Ken McKown · May 12, 2016 Reviewed on XB1Read full review - If you’re looking for something to shake up your thoughts on what can be done in the genre, then Superhot was made specifically for you. If you’re satisfied with the status quo of current-gen shooters, then you’ll likely be disappointed by the game’s length, even by today?s standards. Superhot is a nearly flawless and extensive exploration of a novel idea, but doesn’t go far enough beyond that initial thought.
Spencer Campbell · May 03, 2016 Reviewed onRead full review - A puzzle game dressed like a twisted, Cronenberg-inspired shooter, Superhot's methodical, slow-motion approach to the genre is as cerebral and deliberate as it is unhinged.
David Roberts · May 03, 2016 Reviewed on XB1Read full review - Superhot initially seems like style over substance and as it develops, it proves that this isn't the case. However, it decides to take substance too far which can actively detract from the game. However, the gameplay, great design and added features more than compensate for any detracting factors.
Chris Wray · Mar 04, 2016 Reviewed on PCRead full review - It would’ve been nice to be able to crouch, run or even slide adding another dimension to what I could do in those extreme situations. Regardless of the limited content, SUPERHOT is certainly one of the most innovative FPS games I’ve played in recent years, and well worth playing for anyone who’s tired of the same old formula.

About the game
Trailers & Screenshots:
Blurring the lines between cautious strategy and unbridled mayhem, SUPERHOT is the FPS in which time moves only when you move. No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It's just you, outnumbered and outgunned, grabbing the weapons of fallen enemies to shoot, slice, and maneuver through a hurricane of slow-motion bullets.
Developer: SUPERHOT
