- Wild Blood is one of Gameloft’s most polished games yet, but control issues and a general lack of personality keep it from being a real breakthrough.
Travis Fahs · Oct 28, 2012 Reviewed on AndRead full review - The controls, story, gameplay -- even the visual engine itself, all seem to work against the elements that Gameloft do succeed in implementing. It's a shame because Wild Blood has the potential to be a must-have iOS title. Unfortunately, as it stands now, it's a mixed bag.
Eric Ford · Sep 14, 2012 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Wild Blood got my attention thanks to its incredible visuals, but it kept my attention thanks to its varied and satisfying combat. But frustrating camera and control issues hold the title back from greatness.
Justin Davis · Sep 10, 2012 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - On the subject of feeling dated, Wild Blood’s multiplayer mode reminds me of a PC game called Rune. This is a high compliment. Rune’s multiplayer was sweet and I have tasted nothing like it for years, and while I wouldn’t call Wild Blood a spiritual successor, I will say its multiplayer mode was a very pleasant surprise.
Mike Bellmore · Sep 10, 2012 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - With everything said, I have to say that Gameloft’s attempt at their first Unreal-powered game is a success. The storyline is new and interesting and the gameplay kept me wanting more. The game is priced on the higher end of the spectrum but the quality will not disappoint.
Michael Halloran · Sep 06, 2012 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - A flawed but enjoyable romp, saved in part by a fun multiplayer mode, Wild Blood isn't vintage Gameloft, but it's entertaining in small chunks.
Harry Slater · Sep 12, 2012 Reviewed on iOS, AndRead full review - The iOS platform has been aching for a solid beat'em-up and Wild Blood fills the niche perfectly, if with something that feels a bit flat in its execution; at least it's a nice change to beat up on demons instead of zombies or 'gods'.
