  There's a lot of great things to like about Warbits, primarily because it borrows heavily from a great series of games. More than that, Warbits manages to inject its own personality to keep the experience from feeling like a pure rip-off.

  Warbits is one heck of a strategy game, though it has a couple of issues. First, it’d be nice to be able to preview the distance enemy troops can travel by tapping on the appropriate unit. Second, it’s hard to remember the strengths and weaknesses of each troop and vehicle type. You receive a breakdown whenever you visit a factory, but that’s a bit of a hassle — and not every level includes a factory you can use.

  If you're a fan of Advance Wars, or you're just looking for a meatier experience than the likes of Clash of Clans have to offer, then you're in for a treat. There's a lot to do in Warbits, and you're going to have a lovely old time doing it.

  Warbits è un sogno che diventa realtà: più che un arido clone, è un seguito apocrifo che ci fa rivivere per venti missioni le gloriose ore e notti passate su Advance Wars. Grafica pulita e funzionale, controlli touch perfetti, poche idee nuove ma originali e stimolanti, e un multiplayer che dovrebbe essere preso ad esempio nelle scuole di videogiochi (dovessero mai esistere).

  Warbits è uno strategico a turni solido, divertente e impegnativo, che utilizza al meglio il touch screen e offre molteplici possibilità a fronte di un prezzo decisamente contenuto. La campagna in single player non è lunghissima, ma vanta un grado di sfida non banale e viene coadiuvata da una modalità multiplayer sia in locale che online, per partite fra due o quattro partecipanti.
