Vector 2 brings easy to pick-up controls, which consist of swiping on your screen to jump, slide, or accelerate. Dystopian cartoony graphics look quite stylish. Gameplay runs smoothly and offers a great challenge. The blue points and orange token system isn’t really explained in this game nor is the suit upgrading program, meaning you’ll have to figure it out as you play. At nearly 100MB, this is a pretty heavy game.

At the end of the day Vector 2 is a decent time killer for a couple of commute trips, but the lack of variety in maps, performance lag, the convoluted UI and in-game currencies and items that make no sense kind of pile up and make it a debatable fun.

The game allows for attributes and equipment to be upgraded using a dual system of game currency. Real cash can be used, but can be avoided with patience, as this one has an energy requirement. Still, it is an enjoyable romp, and is capable of providing loads of entertainment.
