  Undawn is a 3D zombie-survival game with a lot of crafting and management elements to keep you busy. It definitely has a lot to offer in terms of things to do and some unexpected dramatic theatre to experience during the game. However, it may need to pull back some of the scalings so that it can render more efficiently, expand control options, and give the zombies more to do.

  Despite a solid core of zombie-killing action and a seriously impressive character creator, Undawn finds too many ways to dilute the action into something that struggles to move at an entertaining pace. With overwhelming UI, too many resources to keep track of, and grisly movement mechanics in place, this is one for those who desperately want to replicate the motorcycle-riding zombie-killing thrills of Days Gone and few others.

  Undawn è un survival sulla carta molto ricco e sfaccettato, ma in concreto si rivela un'esperienza modesta, lenta, claudicante. Gli sviluppatori hanno riempito la struttura e il gameplay di inutili orpelli che appesantiscono l'impianto, rendendolo sostanzialmente meno immediato di ciò che sarebbe lecito attendersi da un mobile game ed enfatizzando la pochezza di sequenze action che si salvano dall'assoluta mediocrità solo grazie alle tante opzioni disponibili per l'interfaccia e i controlli touch, che includono il mai abbastanza lodato autofire quando un nemico entra nel mirino.
