  This is exactly the kind of porting we need more of on iOS. Instead of just taking a console or PC game and assuming a virtual cursor can be replaced with touch, Feral did a fantastic job with the interface and retained everything that made Tropico a fun experience in the first place. Just be ready to pay proper attention to the tutorial as it helps a ton for someone who hasn’t played a Tropico game before.

  Tropico is a serious strategy game that requires careful deliberation and organizing of the future moves. The iPad version looks fantastic and touch controls make it easier to play. However, this game demands patience in order to give positive results, so take it slow. Remember, you can’t please everyone, but you can be El Presidente nonetheless.

  It's tough and a bit laborious at times, and can be frustrating when you can't figure out how to do certain things, but help is never far away. Feral Interactive hasn't just rushed the port and thrown it up on iPad, you can tell that a lot of thought and planning and energy has gone into making it the best it can be. Whether you're in the market for a strategy game or love complex city builders, you'll not be disappointed here.

  Ce portage tactile de Tropico est de très grande qualité, proposant toute la puissance stratégique d'une des meilleurs série de jeu de gestion. Le studio Feral Interactive a réussi à conserver l'essence même de la licence tout en modifiant son système de contrôle afin de l'adapter à l'esprit tactile d'un iPad, permettant à tout fan de jeu de gestion d'y jouer en toute circonstance, même si les contrôles ne sont pas parfait pour autant.
