- More than likely, though, you'll get your money's worth out of what's already included in this package. Trials HD is geared toward a specific kind of game player, one who can put up with the repetition and attention to minute detail required to master its courses. If you're that sort of person, you'll find a lot of satisfying gameplay here.

But the package -- a full single-player game, twelve mini-games, and a level editor -- left me feeling like there was plenty of content for the price. You can tell a lot of love went into Trials HD; the level of polish is surprising to see in a download-only title.

It's a game that seems tailor made for Xbox LIVE Arcade and we can't recommend it highly enough.

If you're looking for a DLC title with an easy hook and replayability to spare, this one has a lot of rubber to burn.

The superbly designed levels can always be overcome with just a bit of practice, so the game is continually able to draw you back in for one more attempt to knock your friends down the leaderboard. Even when you're struggling, the game is still laugh-out-loud funny thanks to your rider's grotesque body contortions after hellacious crashes.

The first half really gives you a rush as you careen down rollercoaster tracks and pull off wild stunts. Later levels can be more frustrating than fun, though, as you get stuck on every little anthill and the game loses momentum. But you'll find a truckload of content here, and there are certainly gluttons for punishment out there who will welcome the steep difficulty curve.
Daemon Hatfield · Aug 10, 2009 Reviewed on X360Read full review - It may be on a gamepad, which is slightly less exact than the three-fingers-on-the-directional-buttons of the PC version, but Trials pros will be able to emulate the majority of their feats within a few hours of practice. And it seems to me those are the only slight issues. Otherwise it's wonderfully designed, justifies the price, and may end up being the best thing on Xbox Live Arcade all year. If you're in any doubt, there's even a trial version. Thud.

Pero lo más importante: la diversión se dispara desde el primer instante en el que agarras el mando. Si a esto le juntamos un montón de extras y un buen puñado de retos para los jugadores más exigentes, los 1200 Microsoft Points que cuesta (14,40€) se convierten en una inversión de primera. Poneos el casco y dadle una oportunidad.

Fun, visuellement soigné, il est aussi complet et propose un challenge très relevé, en mesure de nous tenir en haleine de longues heures. Il n'y a donc que peu de raisons valables pour tourner le dos à ce jeu de motos qui penche par moment du côté de la réflexion, de par la richesse de son level design.
