- All in all, I can’t recommend Toro to anyone. Hardened bullfighting fans may gleam a little enjoyment out of it, but the dreadful visuals and soulless, repetitive gameplay are insurmountable to any fun. It’s a mess of a game that doesn’t deserve your hard earned cash. Avoid at all costs.

The systems and mechanics function, graphic fidelity serves its purpose conveying images, and the overall product runs on a level that is sellable. Other than those most basic of requirements, Toro does little more.

Although its poor presentation and gameplay will grate on most gamers, there are still occasional glimmers of enjoyment, often derived from building up insane scores while nimbly dancing around the bull. However, RECOtechnology is asking several times the price and with so many better (and cheaper) alternatives, Toro suddenly becomes hard to recommend for anyone.

Una presentación más decente, mayores opciones en cuanto a personalización, presencia de toreadores épicos y escenarios históricos lo habrían convertido en un gran título, y mecánicas ligeramente más pulidas e interesantes lo habrían hecho un juego excelente. En su lugar, simplemente está por debajo del promedio. Villamelones (osea la humanidad entera incluyéndome), absténganse, porque al igual que el espectáculo que busca simular, Toro será del gusto de muy pocos e incluso causará no pocas protestas por sus crímenes no contra la vida sino contra nuestros ojos. Sólo para curiosos a los que les sobre dinero, pasión taurina y mucha, mucha tolerancia.
