    Although I'm personally missing an online multiplayer mode and more added-value features, Sensei War is title worth to try for fans of the genre.

    Other than that, admittedly, Sensei Wars is business as usual for the genre. Pleasant to look at and, with the sensei abilities, it is at least one of the better clones out there. Patience will be essential throughout, but there's sufficient reason to chip away.

    Sensei Wars is very similar to games like Clash of Clans and Total Conquest, but avoids being a soulless clone by the merits of its unique sensei system and amazing amount of personality. It’s worth checking out if you like your city building with a strong dose of RTS and role playing.

    Whilst Sensei Wars is certainly a step up in gameplay, its slavish adherence to the freemium formula prevents it from breaking new ground. I enjoyed building up my village and improving my hero when the constraints were not too inhibiting but making the player wait twenty-four hours to upgrade a building is just too frustrating.

    There is no denying that Sensei Wars still has enough virtual stimulation to keep your attention for a fixed amount of time, but the screen viewer hiccup and lack of real difficulty makes it tough for me to keep this game on my phone for much longer.

    Training up your sensei alongside your regular troops is an interesting mechanic that helps Sensei Wars stand out a little from the rest of the Clash of Clans clones.
