  Redungeon is an endless dungeon crawler with fast-paced gameplay and a variety of heroes to unlock. And maybe best of all, the pixelated art-style and unique and fun music gives the game a true retro arcade atmosphere.

  The game-play — which fits nicely within the confines of a mobile-gaming lifestyle — has the potential to rapidly become rather-addictive, and is thankfully supported by two rock-solid control-schemes. Couple this with a set of IAP-options that manage to thankfully avoid ruining your fun, and you have a mobile-based game of endless dungeon-induced death you’ll have a hard time putting down (especially with so much stuff to unlock).

  Redungeon sports good-looking polished pixel graphics, which will definitely get the nostalgia feeling back to older gamers. This game is both simple to learn and provides a serious reflex challenge for casual and hardcore gamers. On-screen and swipe controls could be a whole lot better, with both options being far too sensitive and leading to numerous deaths. There should be a quick fail, quick retry button instead of having to see a summary of your run first.

  It’s that quick nature of Redungeon that endears you towards it. Even those who shy away from such challenging things will still feel like there’s time for them to achieve something and see what can be accomplished. Best of all, it’s enjoyable — even when you sigh at yourself for the twentieth time because you were foolish and ran too fast. For those reasons, this is a particularly classy hardcore dungeon crawler.

  Redungeon is simplicity at its finest. It’s easy to understand, has eye candy, and rarely fails in its self-appointed quest to continually surprise. This one can easily be a fan favorite, but the proof is ultimately in the playing.

  Anche se realizzato da un diverso team di sviluppo, Redungeon possiede tutte le caratteristiche che hanno reso Nitrome un'eccellenza in ambito mobile: ci troviamo dunque davanti a un titolo semplice nelle meccaniche ma appassionante nello svolgimento, con un livello di sfida incalzante e una realizzazione tecnica gradevolissima.
