- This is a captivating point-and-click game with more humor than you’d expect from a post-apocalyptic game. I was relatively entertained throughout most of the playthrough and found it had some fun twists and designs of the conscious robots. The flaws in the graphics set it back a little but all things considered, this is still a fun game.
Cody Emerson · Apr 01, 2022 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - With a not so great Switch port, Primordia's excellent world building, gorgeous art and compelling main duo still shine through, for those willing to put up with illogical puzzles and forgettable side characters.
Courtney Ehrenhofler · Mar 03, 2022 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - With a great grey-morality world and characters, design that offers multiple solutions to several puzzles, and original sci-fi story, I can’t recommend Primordia enough to anyone who’s ever enjoyed an adventure game.
Andrew Koziara · Oct 24, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Primordia is a very good, old-school adventure game from a developer that specializes in very good, old-school adventure games. It's expected, sure, but not at all disappointing. If the setting and premise of Primordia stick out to you, I'd recommend picking it up.
Campbell Bird · Sep 21, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Time has been kind to Primordia with the past decade only highlighting just how unique, surreal, and grippingly atmospheric Wormwood Studios' inaugural title actually was and still is. While playing a point-and-click with a controller will never be as fluid as using a mouse and keyboard, the control scheme translates relatively well to Nintendo Switch and the ability to quickly check everything that can be interacted with on-screen all but removes the need for random examination.
Renan Fontes · Jun 24, 2022 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - Primordia is a solid story with a point-and-click adventure built around it. A few unique mechanics keep things fresh throughout, whilst fantastic writing keeps frustration at bay when trying to solve the mostly logical puzzles.
Jamie Moorcroft-Sharp · Apr 30, 2022 Reviewed on SwitchRead full review - As point-and-click adventures go, Primordia doesn't innovate much, and it fails to take advantage of the platform, but that doesn't mean it should be dismissed. Players who can look past the dud moments will enjoy discovering its numerous endings, and will be captivated by the stylish environments and well-crafted characters.
Lex Firth · Sep 29, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Don't make this your first point and click, but if you've enjoyed Wadjet Eye's other games and don't mind some leaps of logic and a little eye strain, you'll find an evocative and enjoyable little adventure game.
Mark Brown · Sep 23, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - A fun point-and-click with an excellent look, a captivating story, and more than enough going on to keep you entertained for hours.
AppSpy Staff · Sep 23, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Primordia is a tremendous success, blending core point-and-click adventure elements with a dark and mysterious storyline, along with some highly engaging puzzles that really do get the brain working, yet never end up being unfair on those at the reins. It is not the longest journey ever, but what is there is so gripping from start to finish, with the addition of diverging paths dependent on choices made, that every penny of its £6.99 price-tag is worth it.
