Critic Reviews
- If you’ve never played an incremental game before, Nonstop Knight will show you why they’re popular.
Kevin Tejada · Jul 15, 2016 Reviewed on AndRead full review - Much like Clicker Heroes before it, Nonstop Knight is insidiously addictive. It’s the kind of addictive where you spend far too many of your waking moments checking in on it, despite knowing it’s ultimately a bit pointless. Fun, ridiculously compelling, and, well, pointless. Did I mention fun, though?
Jennifer Allen · Jun 14, 2016 Reviewed on iOS, AndRead full review - If you're into idle games, Nonstop Knight seems like a well made one of those. Otherwise, I'd just play a game that demands a little more from you.
Campbell Bird · Jun 11, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - This is one of the few RPG games that doesn't take its greatness out on your battery. The graphics and great, the sound is fantastic, and the storyline of the game really drags you in. There are some twists and turns that really make this feel different. Probably the best part about this game is that you don't have a time limit, it is completely stress free. There are some purchases within the game that are reasonable, but some of them also seem way out of line. Be careful because the game does grow in size and becomes somewhat of a beast.
Noel Catherine · Jun 10, 2016 Reviewed on - It's a shame, because the core game gets so much right, at least as far as clickers go. And the action-RPG skill-triggering elements give it a unique feel. Plus, there's that adorable baby dragon. But as engaging as this game is at its best, it just could be more fun in the long term.
Carter Dotson · Jun 06, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Yes, it’s a time killer, but it’s a game done right. You can play it offline; it looks good; it’s addicting beyond any expectations. It manages to be rewarding enough to keep you coming back for more.
Dan Vlasic · Jun 13, 2016 Reviewed on iOS, AndRead full review - Well, it's about as casual as a dungeon crawler can get while still maintaining the basic shape of a dungeon crawler, but that's no bad thing. Sometimes you don't want to lose hours to a game. Sometimes you want to pick something up, poke it for a bit, then go and do something else. And if that's what you're in the mood for, Nonstop Knight is wonderfully compulsive. It doesn't keep you away from any of its mechanics with its monetisation, and popping in and out to murder some skeletons is a lot of fun.
Harry Slater · Jun 02, 2016 Reviewed on iOS, AndRead full review - All in all, Nonstop Knight is a nice enough game, there’s a buzz when you get a new item, see a new enemy and make your gear insanely powerful, but you always feel like you’re not really part of the action. You’re just a caddy, strolling along behind making choices, but not actually being a part the events. Regardless of that, it can be easy to lose yourself in it for a few minutes on a regular basis, and considering it’s free, it’s well worth having a look.
