    If you don’t have three dollars to spare, the game is still a lot of fun--and much more challenging--without spending anything. It’s free with no ads, it looks amazing, and you can race your friends up the leaderboards by speedrunning each level. What are you waiting for? This is Illusion Labs we’re talkin’ about here.

    You’ll often find yourself swearing as speed leads to a painful fall, but odds are you’ll return to Nono Islands. Its simplicity is both what compels you and what infuriates you, and while it’s perhaps not overly memorable in the long term, it should keep you happy while it lasts.

    There's a slightly annoying checkpoint system, but if you spend some cash you can get rid of it entirely, which is welcome. Nono Islands certainly exceeds expectations. It's surprisingly fresh, mixing light puzzling with quick arcade action to make an enjoyable, if sometimes annoying, addition to the App Store.

    Con il precedente Rocket Cars, Illusion Labs aveva dato la sensazione di non saper gestire al meglio i contenuti da offrire tramite acquisti in-app, e con il qui presente Nono Islands vengono confermati tutti i limiti dello sviluppatore svedese in questo ambito, uniti ad alcuni problemi tecnici e di design che finiscono inevitabilmente col pesare sulla valutazione globale del titolo.

Join the expedition to the Nono Islands on a quest for long lost treasures. But be aware, the islands are far from uninhabited! The treasures are heavily guarded by the Nonos and their army - the spiders, the sharks, the jumping skulls and many others. And if you in some way manage to get past them, the hidden traps will get you for sure. Good luck avoiding the spikes, flying darts, sawblades and boulders. Good luck, that's all we can say. Good.
