- It looks cartoony and simple – and it is – but Motocross Madness contains surprising depth and racing content. With its richly drawn multi-path riding environments, user-friendly physics, and engaging gameplay options, this is a full package of motorcycle racing goodness that rivals many full-priced retail games. You won’t find a much better bang for your racing buck.
Andy Mahood · Apr 18, 2013 Reviewed on X360Read full review - All this amounts to a surprisingly fun and feature-filled package for a mere 800 Microsoft points, hampered only by its small selection of tracks and minor graphical disappointments, such as the way many of the higher-resolution textures take a second to load even when you're standing right on top of them.
Leif Johnson · Apr 18, 2013 Reviewed on X360Read full review - The simple gameplay has a charm to it and the levels you race in are pretty good to look at. Sure, there are a couple of technical issues with the visuals, but they happen in such a manner that they don’t necessarily take much away from your experience. Overall there is enough fun here to justify a purchase, and besides, its kind of fun to watch your avatar take to the air on a motorcycle pulling off some crazy stunts.
Kirby Yablonski · Apr 16, 2013 Reviewed on X360Read full review - You'll ace every event in a handful of hours without much difficulty
Cameron Lewis · Apr 10, 2013 Reviewed on X360 - If all that isn't enough, Motocross Madness also allows you to connect with your friends by forming a "Bike Club," where you can compare race times and try to outdo your friends' best efforts. The leaderboard system is wonderfully robust and will have you racing against your online pals' ghosts in an effort to beat their lowest times.
Alex Osborn · Apr 08, 2013 Reviewed on X360Read full review - Makes us love motorbikes again
Alice Bell · Apr 12, 2013 Reviewed on X360 - Motocross Madness is a fun and addictive game, despite being riddled with some pretty serious technical issues at times. There are a low number of standard events on offer, but there are tons of little challenges to beat in Bike Club, and that's before you get to all the Avatar FameStar reward tiers. If it hooks you, you'll mark those glitches and a couple of minor gameplay niggles down as the cost of doing business, as when it all works the game is fast, generally fluid, and right on the money, fun-wise.
